As someone who doesn't know a lot about flowers I appreciated the questions Dawn asked about what we liked and didn't like. She used a book and went through a few different styles of how the bouquet shapes could be done, and helped us figure out which styles suited us best. The pictures were helpful so you could actually see the different shapes and styles. She asked questions about our colors and what color flowers we were interested in. She made suggestions on different flowers that would be in season during our wedding and knew what flowers would no longer be in bloom or hard to find.

She was able to do all the wedding party bouquets and boutiniers, and some flowers for parents and grandparents. She made wonderful choices that worked well with our wedding colors. She respected our budget for flowers and didn't try to get us to spend more than we could afford.

I trusted her to make the specific flower choices, as we were not very knowledgeable. I can tell Dawn loves her job and enjoyed being able to be creative with the bouquets. They all were beautiful and lasted longer than I thought they would. The flowers chosen matched well with girls dresses, and with mine. The boutiniers and corsages were also very lovely.

Our contact was very helpful in assisting us with choosing our bouquets, but the florist did not provide the flowers we agreed upon. The maid of honor's flowers looked almost exactly like the bride's, even though in our contract we had agreed that they should look distinctly different by using entirely different flowers than those in the bride's bouquet. It was too late to change it on the day of the ceremony, so we used them, but we weren't thrilled about a mistake of that magnitude.
