We LOVED having our wedding here last June! The house and grounds are beautiful, the bridal getting ready space was amazing, and the owners are truly professionals! They have their own tent which was wonderful to have during the summer heat. Josh was a fantastic coordinator and did everything to make my dream wedding happen. He was very responsive to all my emails with questions and super flexible when we had some inclement weather during the reception. Overall it was such an elegant setting and everything I was looking for in a venue!

First and foremost, I cannot recommend Josh & Ryan at The Kincaid House enough. When my husband and I began our venue search, we booked several places to tour in one week, and The Kincaid House was the first on the list. We were blown away by the stunning house, grounds, and general aesthetic of the house. The vintage, simple, but classic touches in the house and the stunning stone tower and walls/walkways stole our hearts right away. It was clear off the bat that Josh and Ryan were talented at their jobs, had excellent taste, and were very pleasant to work with. We both agreed that we loved that venue, but the guys and the good feeling we got when meeting them really sold it for us. We cancelled the rest of our tours and booked the Kincaid House with the package including the Day of Coordinator Service (which I highly recommend as they were lifesavers). Our wedding was yesterday and I can say without a doubt we made the right decision. Josh and Ryan were wonderful - so accommodating, calming, kind, and professional all day, to us, our family, friends, bridal party, and guests. Our family members and bridal party also raved about them, and so many guests remarked about how intimate, warm, and 'family oriented' the whole event and staff/vendor interactions felt, while of course still being professional. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we could not have imagined it anywhere but the Kincaid House, they exceeded all of our expectations and we are grateful to know them and have gone through this experience with them!

The venue owners are literally angels on this earth. I think I might’ve told them that about a million times on my little sister’s wedding day, but it’s very true. They went above and beyond for everything and every little detail! We were able to have such an amazing day, and I do honestly believe that is owed to them. The grounds are beautiful, and there’s so many different settings for pictures! It’s so hard to find genuine people in the wedding business, but these owners are that and more. Highly highly recommend the Kincaid house!

We originally fell in love with this venue and planned for a wedding in June. Then I got some bad news about my dad’s health, and we had to plan for a wedding within a week. Josh and Ryan were on board and made everything happen. My mind was mush, and I was an emotional wreck, so having these guys help pull everything together on our wedding day was incredible. They set our decorations up and had a ton that they provided as well. They made sure our timeline was good for the flow of the wedding, and Josh kept us informed of everything going on and where to be. They even packed up our stuff for us while we were saying goodbye to our guests. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. A lot of venues will ask you to have everything out by 9, and might even charge you for the short notice, but this venue was so good to us.

If you’re looking for a beautiful venue that has greenery, a mansion, and incredible sunset views, go tour this place and meet the owners! I am blown away by the new owners’ hospitality and thoughtfulness!

I cannot recommend the Kincaid House enough. We bragged about them to every single person at our wedding. First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and conveniently located. There are great spaces for the ceremony and reception. Owners Josh and Ryan were absolutely vital to our wedding day going smoothly. They did a majority of the decorating, ensured that the vendors knew where to be and when to be there, and made sure we had everything that me and my wife needed. They were super flexible with all our requests, considering the short notice we gave them for our wedding. The price is also COMPLETELY reasonable for all the stuff we got. If you are looking for a venue, consider the Kincaid House.

Josh and Ryan took over, and I was nervous at first. Josh and Ryan, are the absolute best. They gave suggestions, kept in contact and made our day magical. A beautiful venue and would recommend this venue to anyone who needs one. Great prices and great recommendations of other vendors.

We had toured several venues in the area and this one was not only beautiful but reasonably priced and included some small things that add up, like tablecloths and lunch for the wedding party. Melissa was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond anytime we had a question prior to our wedding date. We were concerned when the pandemic hit but Melissa cared about our guests just as much as we did and I am happy to report that not a single person got sick. The venue looks like a fairytale and was very classy. On the day of, Stacie was there to support us throughout the day. With her and our wedding planners, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. It ended up raining on our big day but we rented tents and Stacie knew just were they needed to go for it to still look nice. We're incredibly grateful and honored to have been able to get married at the Kincaid House.

The owner Melissa was amazing from start to end! Super professional and more than helpful through everything. The place is beautiful and perfect for intimate weddings. Cool place for groom and groomsmen to hangout while getting ready. Upstairs bridal suite for you and the bridesmaids. I highly recommend this place!!
