Stunning blank canvas!!
The Homestead at Whitetail Valley is the perfect wedding venue!! Starting with the few beautiful ceremony area options, upstairs bridal suite providing natural lighting & plenty of mirrors & outlets (Makeup & Hair stylists will highly appreciate), the spacious barn for reception (plenty of space to create your seating layout) , the very kind & helpful owners, the indoor & outdoor flow allows your guests to move freely & truly enjoy every inch of the venue. Although the homestead didn’t need much decorating, it’s ultimately a blank canvas, which we uniquely tailored to our boho wedding vision. We took a chance on it for being 2 hours from our home but once our guests arrived they completely understood why we fell in love with this space. Our guests cannot stop taking about our wedding day. The compliments keep rolling in. We cannot imagine our having our wedding anywhere else. So thankful for the amazing owners that felt like extended family members.

Beautiful Venue!!🤩
The Homestead is such a gorgeous venue!! It has beautiful spots to have the ceremony at and then the beautiful barn for the reception, making it convenient for all! Our wedding day poured almost the whole day, but the barn was big enough to have the ceremony inside and it was just as stunning!!
Michala and Ericka are so great to work with as well! They are so helpful and offer great ideas for the day!

A Beautiful Blank Canvas!
We had stumbled on the Homestead at Whitetail Valley during our search for an affordable but beautiful barn for our wedding. We visited several other barns in the NY/NJ//PA area and none of them compared to what the Homestead offered as far as vibes, amenities, beauty and price. Michala and the whole family are awesome, welcoming and really helped make our day extra special- going above and beyond to help make our guests comfortable. The venue itself is on gorgeous acres of farmland, and is the perfect blank canvas to bring in exactly what you want for your big day.

The Perfect Venue
The Homestead is the perfect Venue. It has stunning views and the most beautiful barn. When we first looked at this venue we knew right away it was for us. It was everything we wanted and needed within a venue. We are so thankful for the owners for all there help before, during and, after the wedding.

Perfection in every way!!
I am a local vendor who has been so lucky to be able to showcase our rentals here. The owners are phenomenal to work with. They are beyond accommodating to every bride that I have seen them work with. The location is absolutely breathtaking and by far one of the most incredible venues in our area. Every single time that I step foot on the property they have made new improvements, additions, and are constantly looking for new things to be able to offer to their brides. Every single time that a bride reaches out to us and they are having their wedding at the Homestead, I know that it is going to be an incredible weekend. I cannot recommend these girls anymore enough! 💕💕

The Homestead at Whitetail Valley
I would recommend this site to any couple looking for a unique and gorgeous country setting. The barn and surrounding property is stunning especially if you notice the valley setting. Working with the family was great, they were prompt in responding and willing to be flexible with us. My husband is from the area but we live about 4 hours away so it was difficult to coordinate seeing the venue but they were always willing to set up times to meet with us. So much work had been done since we booked, it was astounding! The barn is perfect in so many ways and requires minimal decorations to elevate it but we decorated with signs, pumpkins, mums etc outside.
The bridal suite is gorgeous and has a great area for makeup or hair.
As time goes on, I think the issues we faced will be ironed out and the issues had little to do with the venue. Because of its location, we struggled to find catering outside of BBQ. We were required to rent several items for the caterer, like a tent, grills, and cookware. We also struggled with not having adequate heat for guests but it was because the weather predictions change for the area, so again, no fault of the venue. We were very appreciative of the torpedo heater that was brought in but it was too loud to run during the reception but did help with the chill. As an aside, be cautious driving up the roads leading to the venue as they are a little rough.
I loved the venue as did all of our guests and we recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely beautiful experience!!
The owners of The Homestead at Whitetail Valley are beyond amazing to work with! Their venue is unlike any other rustic/barn venue. We wanted more of a romantic, whimsical theme and less of a rustic theme, and this was easily attainable at this venue. Between the gorgeous views, bistro lights, beautiful balcony, amazing bridal suite, unique bar, adorable bathrooms, outdoor dance floor and fire pit—no other venue holds a candle to The Homestead at Whitetail Valley. My vision came to life at this venue and we couldn’t have been happier!!
