The Gardens was only the 2nd venue my husband and I toured. As soon as we arrived and took a look around the beautiful gardens we knew it was our wedding venue. The team at the gardens were so easy and helpful during the planning process. Whenever I had a question they immediately responded! They were a pleasure to work with! As for the day of, it was honestly something out of a fairytale! We had multiple guests come up to us and tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been too! We lucked out and had gorgeous weather which we are so grateful for! But even if it had rained I know it still would have been beautiful! I can’t thank the team at The Gardens enough for giving us our dream wedding!

Amazing people, incredible venue. When you’re planning an event you’ll be remembering for the rest of your life you better surround yourself with capable people who care just as much as you do. I promise you that you cannot do better than The Gardens. Special shout out to Tom for being the absolute best

My wife and I got married at The Gardens on 9/2/23 and could not have been happier with our experience. We first met with Lisa M, the Sales Director, in December 2022. Even with a foot of snow on the ground, we knew this was the venue for us (and the amazing photos on Lisa’s iPad certainly helped us envision the venue in its full glory). We got super lucky that The Gardens had a Saturday available in September 2023. The Gardens uses the Honeybook platform which made correspondence and coordination super easy. The team at The Gardens, primarily Lisa R (Operations Director) was always timely and helpful with their responses. We did a final details appointment with Tom H (Events Director) about 6 weeks before the wedding which was extremely helpful. Working with The Gardens does require some extra coordination by the couple since the venue isn’t full service (e.g. doesn’t come with an in-house caterer or bartender), but the extra coordination was easy based on how organized The Gardens team was and our decision to mostly use The Gardens’ preferred vendors.

We did our rehearsal walkthrough and dropped off our décor and alcohol the day before the wedding, which was really convenient. On the day of the wedding, the team from The Gardens coordinated directly with our day-of-coordinator to ensure everything was set up just as we wanted it. Our DOC and The Gardens team coordinated with all the vendors to ensure everything went smoothly throughout the day. Overall, we’re so pleased with our decision to get married at The Gardens and would absolutely recommend it as a venue to couples considering it as an option!

We got married at The Gardens at the beginning of June 2023 and couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From finding the venue, to after the wedding, the Gardens team have been amazing to work with. Shout out to Gillian and Victoria for making the wedding run so smoothly. There is a magic to the Gardens that our photographer (Sydney Kerbyson) told as about, which when the weather for the day was forecasted to be full of thunderstorms, it only started when the ceremony and cocktail hour was finished and everyone was under the tent ready for the reception.

The venue is so beautiful and allows for guests to explore everywhere. We were able to have our dog Louie with us throughout the day which made it so special and was able to use the cottage to keep him comfortable in the AC. Their vendor recommendations are top notch too. We highly recommend The Gardens and wish we could re-live our wedding day over and over again.

We had our wedding at the gardens this past July. Wow! What an amazing wedding venue. I wanted to specifically call out Melanie, who was a coordinator provided by the venue. She absolutely went above and beyond. She was a coordinator and day of planner all wrapped into one, I would say this perk was something that was not well advertised. People commonly say a venue coordinator will focus more on the venue than the bride, but thats not Melanie she does it all! The gardens are stunning and everyone there was extremely helpful. All the guests were raving about the beautiful venue and the Sperry tent. There was a nice breeze in July which made the weather perfect.

Our wedding was October 30, 2021 after two prior postponements. Lisa, Tom and the entire gardens staff were absolutely amazing and handled all of the last minutes changes like pros! We are so happy we decided to choose this venue, of course for the beautiful landscape and environment but also because of the staff that came along with it. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help on the day of which happened to be the rainiest and coldest day of the season but also the BEST DAY EVER!! Thank you SO much gardens staff!! 10/10 recommend. The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain will forever have a special place in our hearts.

We cannot say enough good things about The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain and the team that works there. One of the most common bits of feedback we received from our wedding guests was that they’ve never seen a more beautiful and unique venue. But beyond the beauty the grounds provides for such an important day, the people that made it all happen is what we cannot stop talking about. We were initially hesitant to consider The Gardens because the venue is a kind of blank slate that requires you bringing in your own vendors which we found to be daunting. But when we visited to see the space, Lisa immediately eased any concerns because she was so organized, informative and enthusiastic about what The Gardens had to offer. Throughout the planning phase, the team was helpful in providing a variety of vendor recommendations and promptly answering our many questions. At our detail appointment, Tom was helpful at recommending a few final tweaks to our plan and providing the correct info to execute those changes. Our rehearsal and day-of teams were amazing, with Tom being a constant calming presence and the whole crew being supportive in caring for us and our guests and providing a seamless operation. We know that there was a small village of caring, detail-oriented, talented people behind every step leading up to our wedding. Wedding planning can be a little overwhelming, but The Gardens made us feel like we were in good hands from the start which was a huge part of what made our day so perfect.

I can’t even say enough about Lisa. It down poured on my day and we were scheduled to have our elopement outside in front of the great pine tree. We kept having hope that the rain would hold off for our hour allotted time... but of course 30 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to take off the radar showed nothing but red on the map. Lisa and her staff pulled together and offered and decorated the cottage for us in 20 minutes! It looked fantastic we had no complaints whatsoever. We never thought that was going to be an option for us! If we could give them 10 stars we would!!

I. Love. This. Venue. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone searching in the greater Boston area. It’s got a ton of space for whatever style wedding you are looking to have and if there were nothing else to say about them, it would be about how accommodating they are for their clients. They want the day to go how you envision it and execute it flawlessly. Lisa was my saving grace during the planning phase- reaching out to me and getting back to me quickly when I reached out to her, keeping me updated and in the loop and reminding me about different things. The day of would not have happened without her and her team making sure the day ran smoothly. There are different options for each wedding depending on what you want (use of indoor cottage, fire pit, etc). Different places in the garden you can have your ceremony and or reception. Tented, open air, food trucks, catered, live band or DJ. You name it. If you can think it they’re amazing at making it work.
Best parts for me? Day of event coordinator, set up that I didn’t have to worry about, luxury restrooms, absolutely stunning and vast space our guests could enjoy and a beautiful backdrop for our pictures. I can’t recommend this venue enough.

My husband and I just renewed our vows yesterday at the Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. I am so glad we found this hidden gem! The grounds are absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is simply magical. I felt like we were walking into the Secret Garden as we ventured from on spot to another for photos. Lisa is a pleasure to work with and I hope to make it back again some day!
