Elite bride did a great job on a personalized bridal hanger for me. I loved it so much I ordered one for my best friend who is getting married in august. So wonderful!

I am a bridesmaid for my friends wedding and I decided to order her a customized cute sash for her bachlorette party!!! I stumbled upon The Elite Bride and decided to go with this shop.

I made the sash purchase on Feb 14th and it was supposed to ship out Feb 27th (even tho it says immediate shipping on the page; false advertising) I realized I had shipped the sash to a friends house!!! My fault, I should have double checked before purchasing. But I immediately emailed the shop asking to change the address. No response. I realized I should wait at least 24 hours before emailing again (I'm sure they are busy) .. 5 emails later - on March 2 (15 days later) I finally decide to file a claim. I received zero emails responses, no product, no shipment date, no changes to my order, no answers but my credit card was charged!! After my claim is filed I get a refund of my order with no explanation, no apology, nothing. I have never had an experience like this in Etsy... it was so disappointing and unprofessional. I am sooooo glad I still have time to order from a RELIABLE shop.

Be careful when ordering from this online store as the other reviews have stated. Bad customer service, unable to fulfill order requirements in a timely fashion, and then blames the customer.

The best advice for anyone is to STAY AWAY from this person. Like the commenter below me, I was also told that my unanswered messages were 'harassment." Sending 4 messages (all unanswered) over 7 days is not harassment. However the lack of customer service and common curtesy is enough to make someone go mad. This vendor told me she couldn't answer b/c she was out of town, however Etsy has a seller feature in which shops can set their store on vacation mode so the excuse was invalid. My interactions with this vendor are literally the worst thing I've dealt with in wedding planning so far.

Worst online vendor I've ever had to deal with! I ordered a custom hanger from them, had a horrible experience with the shop representative, and when trying to rectify the problem, was told I was "harassing" them. When I said I was going to write a review about my experience, I was then told that they would have it removed. I then checked on Facebook, and they "unapprove" the posts with complaints on them. I would not recommend them.

This seller is very unprofessional and was not honest! I received an email saying my items were shipped but there was no tracking information. Package never arrived! After several emails of her telling me she would have to check with the USPS on the tracking, she sent me an email saying she closed her shop and that I will not be receiving my items! So you never really shipped them? UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased from this Shannon Amann! I am a bride and bought over $300 worth of wedding gifts for my party from her site ... All were personalized and many were RUINED. Shipping was god awful slow (took over a month) and I had to constantly reach out to her with no responses. She forgot ALL of my bridesmaid's wine glasses (4 total) and also gave me a duplicate groomsmen's name on a mason jar glass. SHE spelled my flower girls name wrong on her jewelry box and now worst of all, I tried to reach out to her and she looks like she is OUT OF BUSINESS. I was getting emails on the daily from her about specials - now she suddenly dropped off the face of the earth. I first found her on Etsy but then she moved to her own website - I thought - no big deal must be doing good with her business... NOT! Now I am incomplete without my matching gifts. Worst of all I spent a lot of money to not get my correct order or a refund.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever ordered anything from. They said they could get an order to me by a specific date, a rush, I paid a ridiculous amount in shipping, and then I look at the order after they charged me and it said that it would ship a week later. I emailed them 4 times and it took them 5 days to get back to me to ask for the order number even though it was in the subject line. 2 more emails from me and another 5 days later and they canceled the order without even asking me!
Rude and incompetent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I purchased a personalized baseball through the seller's Etsy store, TheEliteBride. A little over a month later, I received the baseball with an incorrect inscription. I immediately contacted the seller (Shannon Amann) and provided a picture showing that the inscription on the baseball I received did not match the inscription I had ordered. The seller did not respond. A week later, I requested a refund or replacement. The seller responded, "I am so sorry for the error. I will submit a refund and once I have a new one remade I will send that out for you". 22 days later, I contacted the seller, asking when the new baseball would be shipped. The seller claimed the baseball had been "shipped almost a month ago" and that probably my housemates had taken it. (I have no housemates.) I asked the seller for a tracking number (since all Etsy orders come with tracking numbers). The seller did not respond. Three days later, I went to the seller's Etsy store and found it was gone. I contacted the seller and told her I would be filing a complaint with Etsy. The seller said she was still "processing adn still fulfilling past orders. Filing a complaint I will not be able to send a replacement. Additionally I will repull the order for you and send a replacement." At that point, I had zero confidence that the seller would actually send me a correct replacement and was pretty sure she was lying about not being able to send a replacement if I filed a complaint. I asked the seller for a refund instead of a replacement. She did not reply. The next day, I received a message from Etsy saying that the seller would not be returning to the Etsy marketplace and they were unable to resolve the case. I placed a claim with Paypal and was able to get my money back but still had to pay to ship the incorrect baseball back to the seller.

I would not recommend buying anything from any of this seller's shops (she now has a website called www.personalizedforkeeps.com).
