The Diamond Family is THE place for luxury watches and jewelry. I had the most gratifying experience designing a custom ring here! The entire staff is beyond helpful and very well educated about the items that have in store AND the lines they have access to, not always available in store! Every other jewelry store I have stepped foot in, I have expressed my dream of a custom ring, without fail, I was met with “well look around the store and see if you can’t find something that already exists, it will be much cheaper”. Although, looking around at all of the sparkly diamonds can be absolutely magical, after a few different stores, everything starts to look the same. By the same, I just mean, not what I wanted! From the moment I stepped foot in The Diamond Family I was completely impressed by the magnitude of respect and individual attention that was given to me! Since designing my dream ring, I have been back for every jewelry purchase that I’ve needed since! If you need custom work done, this is your spot!!! 100% recommend! I can't recommend the Diamond Family high enough. I just happened upon them and I am so glad I did. My husband and I had just gotten engaged and were trying to find rings online but it was so confusing. I finally decided to go into a brick and mortar store and just went to the first place I found. They were so welcoming and glad to answer even my smallest and silliest questions. I found them to be so trustworthy and honest. They were very straight forward with us about what our options were within our budget and helped us find the perfect thing for us. I have sent everyone I know who needs any jewelry there! SO much better than a big chain because this is a family owned business for generations now and so they really know their stuff and care about their customers.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from The Diamond Family, so when we needed to find wedding bands, we headed back. Not only are the prices very reasonable, but they have a ton of different styles and selections to choose from. My husband wasn't too sure about what style he wanted, so they showed him several different kinds until he found one he liked. They even threw in a complimentary engravement on the inside of his band with whatever I wanted it to say.

I wanted my rings soldered before the wedding, so I took my rings into The Diamond Family the Monday before the wedding. They had them ready for pickup on Wednesday, and they did a great job of lining up the diamonds on the band with the main diamond in the engagement ring.
