The Cypress House is the perfect place to get married! The second I saw it in person, I knew. It was the only venue we looked at! The team is super responsive and helpful, and we hired the DOC through them as well and Chloe was incredible to work with! We had the absolute best day ever and the property is so gorgeous, all of our guests were amazed by the beauty of it and how beautiful it is in the photographs as well! The bridal suite is great to get ready in and the guys had a blast in the groom's suite. The tent is so pretty with the twinkle lights and I love the uniqueness of the property and how stunning it is!

The second I stepped foot on the property of the Cypress House I knew this was the place I wanted to get married at. From the immaculate landscaping and venue design, to the thoughtful details and the amazingly talented and caring owners and staff, I cannot say enough great things about this place.

As an added bonus, you can choose to work with their in-house florist and design team to truly bring your whole vision to life, their work is incredible!! I was lucky enough to have the wedding of my dreams and The Cypress House, Cypress Floral and Cypress Design were a huge part of that. This is a family-run venue and these girls know how to make you feel like you're a part of the family too, you can feel the love and happy memories that live on this property. I have never met such a talented and kind group of people.

Courtney, Chelsea and Alexa were all very responsive and easy to work with. They were able to take my ideas and create beautiful arrangements and details that were even better than I could have imagined, they captured my vision perfectly. From the planning process, to the final details and everything involved in the day-of, they made it so seamless and easy I knew I had nothing to worry about. Their staff were all so friendly and helpful and you can tell they truly care about you and making sure your day is special. My guests have not stopped talking about how amazing this place was. You can't go wrong with this venue and team, any couple would be in great hands working with them!

The loveliest venue in the area BY FAR. We’re so grateful to have found the Cypress House and the wonderful sisters and family that own and run this venue. We knew from seeing pictures online that this venue was a gem, but we were truly blown away when we visited, and it was in February! It was the most unique venue that we came across when searching, and location and atmosphere were huge factors in what we were looking for. The 360 degree ceremony garden, beautiful pool area for cocktail hour, and tent with built-in dance floor were all wonderful. Not to mention the stunning house! The landscaping was perfect for our June wedding- so lush and green, beautiful flowers everywhere, and gorgeous trees. Everything was outside which was exactly what we wanted. The guys had a groom suite with a pool table to get ready and hang out in, and the girls had part of the house. There were beautiful rugs and mirrors, and plenty of space for 8 bridesmaids to get ready! If the beautiful and natural outdoor vibes aren’t enough, the sisters that run the show at Cypress are phenomenal. We were planning our wedding from out of state, and it was so comforting to know that so much of the logistics, planning, florals, decorations, and details were being discussed together as a team. They have amazing style, creativity, know what works well and what doesn’t, and do their absolute best to give you the wedding day of your dreams. The staff on our wedding day was incredible as well, always looking out for us as the bride and groom. Honestly, I tear up every time I think of how kind and talented the entire group was! From beginning to end, we were never worried about a single thing with the Cypress House. We’ll rave about these ladies and this venue forever! We’re so so grateful to have had the best day of our lives at the world’s best venue!!

The Cypress House is the best venue out there! The property is gorgeous with all the flowers throughout, so there's no need to worry about decorating yourself. The team is awesome and so helpful during the whole planning process. The ceremony garden is the best! I absolutely love this and it's like nothing else out there. I can't wait to plan our wedding vow renewals here!!!! I am in love with this place and everyone that attended our wedding fell in love too!

Everything about The Cypress House is amazing! A beautiful venue all year round with an amazing group of people running the show. Courtney, Chelsea, and Ry were helpful throughout the whole wedding process and it feels like we made some great new friends after all was said and done. I can't recommend The Cypress House enough!

It did not take long for my husband and I to feel like family with The Cypress House. They understood our vision, knew how to put together every single detail (the details you would never think about), and communicated with us every step of the way. On the day of our wedding, I truly do not know what we would have done without The Cypress House team. There was no time to be stressed because the team worked diligently to make sure everything ran smoothly, and to make sure my husband and I, our families, the wedding party, and all of our guests were taken care of, in every way possible.

The Cypress House is something you have to see in person to fully understand the hype; the antique home, the forest-like appearance, the beautifully unique ceremony site, the circular altar, the blank canvas tent with its cascading Edison lights. This place is one-of-a-kind. Courtney and Chelsea are so lovely to work with. Not only do they manage a venue, but they hear your ideas and help you bring them to life. Chelsea creates masterful floral arrangements that are unlike most in this area. You will not regret working with this family. They are flexible, patient, understanding, and hard-working. The Cypress House was perfection. Every aspect of planning up until the day of our wedding was smooth and seamless. They went above and beyond to make our day exactly how we wanted it and we will be forever grateful.

I can’t recommend The Cypress House enough. From the moment I found them online, I knew that was where I NEEDED to have my reception. I was so confident that I would love it that I cancelled any other venue tours I had. After our initial walk through, we didn’t even make it 5 miles down the road before I called Courtney to tell her we wanted to book!!

The vision that The Cypress House, specifically, Courtney and Chelsea have is incredible, but what made me love them even more was their attention to detail. They put so much thought into every single inch of the property, and every second of our wedding day, to make sure everything went off seamlessly.

They had incredible communication, great vendor recommendations, and even came through with some of my crazy requests such as, “Can you send me some pictures of the cocktail hour space around 6pm, so I can judge where the shadows will be?” They truly were so invested in making sure my day was perfect.

Some of our favorite features (to name a few) include: two separate locations on the property for the bridal party to get ready (the videographer and photographer also were big fans of this), the gorgeous, unique cocktail hour space (which included hanging lights and fountains in the pool), the artificial turf under the tent and the travertine tile dance floor (I wasn’t kidding when I said they thought of every detail), the cross back chairs, no shortage of backdrops for photo opportunities, and the landscaping/floral arrangements that added so much beauty to an already stunning property…I seriously could go on forever. However, with all that being said, getting to meet the beautiful family behind the operation was one of our favorite parts! I can’t say enough amazing things about each and every one of them…you would have no idea that they are “new” to the wedding game with how knowledgeable and professional they all are. I’m so happy we will forever have a connection to them! I wish we could do it all again!!!

I’m honestly not sure words in a review can do this venue and family justice! Not only do you get to be married in one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen, but you get to work with one of the most hardworking and kind families I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. When we first saw this place, it was just a spark in their mind that they were working tirelessly to bring to life. The whole family is such a wonderful team and without them my dream wedding wouldn’t have been able to come to life :) They made planning a wedding SO easy. Their willingness to communicate with every vendor, their attention to detail and I can’t forget to mention, the venue coordinator’s husband stepping in and saving the day when we needed extra alcohol are just a few of the things. I could go on and on..

If you want to have the perfect wedding, in the perfect central PA location, The Cypress House is the place for you. You will feel completely at ease knowing you’re in the best hands because they are completely devoted and passionate about making their family home a place where you can feel as much love as they felt growing up.
