It’s a beautiful venue with plenty of room for our large families. The food was well worth it and everyone loved the mashpotinis. Didn’t need to add any decoration and still looked great.

Venue is great and food was fantastic. People are still talking about how fantastic everything was. Krystle was right on with everything, We had couple concerns prior to our event and the general manager Volkan personally met with us and helped us with our concerns Overall they were so helpful and professional, can't thank them enough. Highly recommend them.

My October (autumn forest wonderland themed) wedding at the courtyard was absolutely perfect! I was kinda a handful of a bride…I had a vision of how I wanted my wedding to be and it was up to all involved to figure out how in the world to make it happen. One thing I LOVED about the courtyard was the big oak tree and I decided I wanted my ceremony to be in front of it which they'd never done before. They were completely enthusiastic about the idea and trying something different and after several scenarios we finally nailed how to make it happen and it was unbelievably gorgeous!
I always had great communication from Krystle and Cat leading up to the wedding and they were quick to get back to me and all 500 gazillion questions and "what if we did…" requests. They also worked beautifully with my wedding planner Honey & Bee so it was all a great match!
The food by diamond point was AMAZING!!! My guests could not stop going on and on about it. I took the holiday menu they had and they customized it for me to spruce it up a little so it would fit in perfectly with my harvest theme.
The courtyard even had caramel dipped apples made as favors and created beautiful tags to put on each one (they were super tasty too!)
The venue is just beautiful, the staff is wonderful and the food is outstanding (which its safe to say not many people enjoy wedding food so much but a good amount of my guests went back for seconds).
I had out of the box ideas flying left and right and they did a miraculous job of working with me to turn my wild vision into a beautiful reality. I never imagined my wedding day would be so magically perfect but these people made it happen :)

Pretty Venue, but failed to call me back!

The venue is pretty and has a lot to offer. We went in and took a tour. The woman was professional, showed us around, and answered our questions. I informed the woman that I was making a decision within the next week. I left with the promise of a phone call to confirm price. Never received a phone call so I called and left a message with a young lady because the woman I originally was working with was in a meeting. She still NEVER called me back. Long story short, I gave up because I should not have to be calling them and leaving messages with no courtesy to call back or initially call as promised, so we searched and booked The Dancing Elk!

The venue itself is very pretty but falling apart and old. The staff was unaware of the things going on, especially the bartender which cost us an extra $300 because if his mistakes with no apologies, just a bill. The staff never answers the phone or returns calls. They only answer if they need something or need something paid. The food was good and the setup was nice. Some of the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Others were inattentive or too busy. Pretty place but needs a lot of upgrades and a better bartender.

An unfortunate experience

I got married here in January of 2025, from start to finish my experience was horrible.
Starting off I met Danielle and booked the venue with her, we talked about my vision, colors, décor, food and drinks etc. After paying the initial downpayment I attempt to contact her about 6 times with no response. I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to do all the planning. I heard nothing from her for 4 months!!!!! Finally, after 4 months of attempting contact, one day she finally texts me back. We meet at the venue and she is visibly pregnant. She proceeds to tell me she is due the week of my wedding and will not be my wedding coordinator moving forward. We are then introduced to Kelly, ….. Kelly is unable to pour a glass of wine, carry a glass of wine, or a conversation. My husband, parents, and I have to repeat everything we have told Danielle twice now. While the first impression is horrible, I have hope that AT LEAST Kelly might respond to texts. Moving forward Kelly is also difficult to communicate with, she is more responsive to texts. Unfortunately, it seems to be a different type of communication issue, every time I speak to her every time including my wedding day, I am repeating myself in every interaction. Every time I speak, I am lucky to get about 10% of the conversation remembered, understood, or acted upon. Everything is difficult with this venue, even paying! One would think they at least want their money. After 4 attempts at contact for the final payment Kelly finally responds, choses to meet the next day at 10 am. Upon arrival to this meeting, she says “who are you???”
Now for my wedding day, after multiple attempts the schedule is not copy and pasted (I did it for her) onto my BEO. I print out my own schedule, list of vendors etc.… (a wedding coordinators job) since I have lost all faith. I was proven correct, both I and my family had to take over any “wedding coordinator” jobs. If I knew how this was going to go, I would have hired a wedding coordinator. Kelly brought her child to my child free wedding and multiple guests informed me an employee’s child is running around the venue. We chose the build your own pasta bar for our small (55 person) wedding, terrible choice. It took an hour and a half to two hours to feed everyone and guest spent a lot of time in line. Even with releasing people by table. Our signature drinks were strawberry mojito and old fashions, I wish I would have done a tasting the mojito was the worst I have ever tasted. Rum, lime and water possibly FLAT club soda. Finally, the venue includes a photo booth. The photos were supposed to be sent to me via email within 48 hours of the wedding. I contacted both Danielle and Kelly 4-5 times to finally receive some of them 3 weeks later. Constantly brushing me off saying, “you should have gotten them.” I obviously did not or why would I be asking??? I highly suggest choosing a different venue! Very disappointing experience.
