Destiny and Paul (the owners) are probably 2 of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever met. We have been eating The Confectional's cheesecakes for many years as we go to Pike Place Market where they are located quite a bit, and have been to other events in which they have been served (including my sisters wedding 4 years ago) When we went in for our tasting Destiny was beyond amazing, she had our 6 flavors all ready for us and walked us through each one telling us about the ingredients that they use, which are all top quality and also that they also use other local vendors for some of the elements that go into the cheesecakes! For our actual wedding day we chose 3 of their regular flavors and then they also created a special flavor for us, a Lemon Passion Fruit since we love Hawaii and it was AMAZING. I can not recommend enough getting your wedding cake from them, not only is is a unique choice, but it is DELICIOUS and the left overs are easy to store since they are individual cakes so you can freeze them and just take out a few at a time!

We knew we wanted to use The Confectional for our wedding. We love their cheesecakes. They let us have a tasting of up to 6 flavors, which was helpful as we normally both only get mocha or chocolate flavors. We ordered the larger 4" topper cake and they had it get slightly smudged so they had made us a new one and gave us both cakes when we picked them up so we had a "back-up" just in case something happened. We also rented their tiered cake stand, which worked great for displaying the cheesecakes. Our guests seemed to really like the cheesecakes as well, as we ordered a few extra then we had guests and did not have any leftovers.

What can I say, these guys were amazing. We decided to go with The Confectional for our dessert for our wedding day. I saw them at the Seattle Wedding show and their samples were amazing and the best part was they were able to do a gluten free crust. (My husband, most of his family and I are gluten intolerant or celiacs). We looked at a few other options as well but none had the same variety and quality to match the price. The additional charge for the gluten free crust was nominal. They answered all of our questions, gave us the option to taste up to 6 of their flavors free of charge and then when we got our dessert the day of the wedding they had included a complimentary extra cheese cake for our "keepsake" cake. All in all the quality, service and value were amazing and I would definitely recommend them.

We had some doubts when we first decided on personal cheesecakes instead of a large wedding cake. But they taste so good! And Destiny and Paul have been very helpful throughout the ordering process. Now I can confidently say it was an awesome choice!

We ordered the cakes in key lime white chocolate, kahlua, and triple berry. We received so many compliments on them! One of our guests actually wrote "The cake is delicious and moist!" on our guestbook, lol. And our photographers wanted to take some extras home.

They also have the option of doing a larger top cake for cutting, as well as tiers for rental purposes. Note, however, that you'll have to arrange for pickup and transportation, as they do not deliver.

We used The Confectional for our Wedding reception, and it was FANTASTIC!! Everyone raved at the quality and taste of their little creations. We can't wait til our 1st anniversary, so we can special order some! The staff is also very helpful, giving you tastings, and finding out exactly what your favorite flavor is. I would highly recommend this Company for any service.

I worked with Paul at the Confectional to choose cheescakes for our wedding dessert buffet. The Confectional has some of the best cheesecake I have ever tasted and the cakes themselves are very elegant looking (great attention to detail). They have such a great array of flavors that it was hard to choose just two, but we went with the Quad Chocolate and the Lemon White Chocolate. Delicious!

Paul was so amazing to work with! He took his time explaining how their operation worked as well as each layer of every cheesecake we had decided to taste. When it was time for the big day everything went very smoothly and the cheesecakes looked and tasted exactly as I had remembered them from the tasting.

Best Cheesecake Ever! We were so pleased and received great compliments on our choice of "cake" for our reception. This cheesecake is amazing and Paul was great and easy to work with!

We chose The Confectional's mini cheesecakes for our wedding cake. They were fun, unique and absolutely delicious! The Confectional was very easy to work with, they'll even attempt custom cheesecakes. Great value and the best part is they are easily transported. For our particular location it was difficult to get a regular cake delivered. We picked up the cheesecakes ourselves, problem solved!

The Confectional was the best decision we made for our wedding! My wife and I absolutely love cheesecake to begin with and thought it was an awesome idea to do personal size cheesecakes for our event.

From the start Destiny was great to work with and talked us through our options and was very flexible when it came to choosing flavors! The Seattle Style Cheesecake or the Lemon cheesecake is probably my favorite but they have a lot of flavors to choose from and depending on the year or with advanced warning, they will do many of their seasonal flavors as well.

On top of the wonderful selection and service they provided, the price was exceptional too. We spent a fraction of the price that we would of had to pay for a traditional wedding cake and in my opinion is much better anyways!

On the day of our wedding, the cheesecakes were ready on time and the packaging for them were perfect!

The only drawback is you do have to pick them up yourself and their location is right off of 1st and Pike (right across from Pike place market) so getting in to picking them up can be a nuisance but it was well worth it!

We got our mini cheesecakes for our wedding from the Confectional. We were able to do a tasting a few months in advance (and got to take the leftover cheesecakes home!) It was great to be able to rent the display tier from the Confectional as well. They were flexible with pick-up and return times, which is so helpful during the craziness of a wedding weekend. The cheesecakes were delicious and we had many guests ask where they could get them. They did a great job!
