About The Clubhouse Rental Space: The Clubhouse event center was thoroughly renovated in 2022 to provide a private and elegant location for weddings and all of life’s other celebrations. It is located on the grounds of the Historical LaFontaine Golf Club, which was established in 1929 and closed in 2015. The property maintains the legacy of the historical course with the restored putting green and large-scale pond with fountain features.

Our main banquet space can comfortably seat 250 guests and our connected floor-to-ceiling glass atrium, can seat an additional 50 guests, or be used as a lush dance floor. Just steps outside our glass atrium is our 58x114 concrete pad that has an elegant, covered pavilion, which can comfortably seat 400 guests and be a great space for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception space. All spaces are included in rental pricing that is outlined at the end of our email – we want our guests to have access to all our amenities and not just bits and pieces!

Other Fun Details: The Clubhouse includes a gorgeous bridal suite and groomsmen suite that can both comfortably hold 15+ guests, a dedicated bar room with a beer tap system, and a large-scale catering space. Outside, the sprawling lawn and pond with fountain features make for a beautiful backdrop. We also have a beautiful space on our lawn for an uncovered outdoor ceremony, if weather permits. Our restored putting green is a great added detail for guests to enjoy while on our property. The recessed fire pit and surrounding view make this whole area suitable for an outdoor cocktail hour or other amazing ideas that we can bring to life!

What’s Included in Rental? All tables and chairs are included in our base packages along with all amenities listed above. We have round and banquet style tables, cocktail tables, and black padded chiavari chairs. We have an inhouse inventory of large-scale moveable bars, white pillars, charger plates, candles etc. If you would like to see this list, please just let us know, and we would be happy to share it. Setup and takedown of all rental items is provided as part of the catering service and we also offer on-site coordination, security system, janitorial service, and parking suited for events of all sizes.

Food and Beverage Information: Food and beverage service is provided exclusively by Blu Spoon Catering, the catering division of The Catablu Grille in Fort Wayne. Packages include guest table linens, place settings, and bar glasses. Decor options are also available. Their Royal and Standard catering menus and rental packages have been attached; for any catering inquiries, contact Teresa Police at Teresa@clubhousevenue.com.

Pricing Information:

Peak Months: May-December for Friday or Saturday is $8,000

Outside Peak Months: Jan-April for Friday or Saturday is $7,000

Weekday Events: Sunday-Thursday is $6,000 (holidays excluded)

**Security Officer is mandatory for all events; $75 per hour from start to finish of event**

Day-of access is from 10am until midnight; $100 per hour for additional hours from 7am-10am. Last call is at 10:30pm with reception ending at 11pm, so all vendors can be out by midnight. If available, you’d also have five hours of access the day prior to decorate, have your ceremony rehearsal, etc., as well as the option to remove any items you bring on Monday morning. These hours will set in stone the weeks leading up to wedding weekend.
