From the Chocolate Fountain, we rented an arch and two drink dispensers. We went to the showroom and the staff were friendly and helpful (we never felt pressured to rent anything nor were we offered any products we hadn't previously expressed interest in). The prices were incredibly affordable, as was the minimal delivery, set-up, and pick-up fees. The rented items were set up in our venue prior to our arrival. If we had to plan our wedding again, we would definitely have rented more from them! Overall, great value!

I went to the Chocolate Fountain simply to order a couple table runners. The lady was very kind even though I didn't spend much, and very flexible when I called to add an additional one. My only negative experience was the day that I went to pick up my table runners. I drove there around 1:00 only to find that the staff was out until 3:00. I don't live close, so I decided to stick around and it was around 3:20 that they arrived back. They didn't have my phone number on file because they didn't ask for it, so they couldn't let me know what was going on. I just wish that they would've asked for my number so they could have called me to let me know they'd be out. Other than that, overall positive experience.
