WE LOVE THE CATERING COMPANY! My husband and I met in New Orleans and wanted a cajun/creole flair to the meal. He totally modified the menu to fit our desires, worked with us to fit into our budget, and provided an amazing service that night of the reception. I barely knew they were there! It's a great family run business!

Donna and Earl at The Catering Company were fantastic to work with. From a marvelous "tasting" that gave us a comprehensive taste of our food and had us leaving full to their continued patience and willingness to answer questions as we hemmed and hawed on the final menu until nearly the last minute.

The service at the wedding was fantastic, as well, with last-minute changes to the service time being smoothly made despite the food coming from off-site and the cake being cut marvelously to the baker's specifications (something we're assured does not always happen smoothly). And, of course, the food was all good. It is rare to see people going back up for seconds at most wedding buffets but that definitely happened at ours-- the buttered, seasoned new potatoes were a favorite all-around.

A delicious, well-presented meal and appetizers that were raved about before? And at a very economical price? Definitely highly recommended.
