It starts with PREPARE/ENRICH, one of the most researched and clinically validated couple assessments available, facilitated by Sydni White, a Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator with graduate clinical training in marriage and family therapy and EMDR certification. This isn't guesswork dressed up as insight; it's a real, evidence-based look at where you're strong as a couple and where intentional work will matter most.

I'm the only coach on The Knot & WeddingWire in the Houston market whose work is exclusively premarital, not general relationship coaching for any stage of a relationship, but a program built specifically for couples preparing for marriage.
