Ordered jacket for my daughters wedding and she likes it. Thank you - just like photos.

My Fiancé was very excited about her customized leather jacket from Brodie Bride; however, we not only received the wrong jacket but the owner refused to work with us in correcting the issue or even to admit fault. When selecting a jacket color there are two options on the website a cream and a black jacket after clicking on the cream jacket the color automatically changes to black but does not tell you this. Instead both the picture of the jacket and the title of the order (Leather Jacket (Cream)) stay the same but in small text under the title it says L/Black which we took to mean lettering black. After receiving the jacket we tried to contact the shop and she refused to work with us in resolving the issue and never even admitted that there was an issue with the website. She kept on saying that "it clearly says black" even though in large letters it says cream and has a picture of the cream jacket next to the order. We were very excited about this jacket but unfortunately the store owner simply refuses to work with us in correcting an issue caused by a poorly designed website.

I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it. I had to email their customer service multiple times just to get a response and I STILL have not received my order. After reading other reviews I realize that I am not the only one with this experience. Sad.

As many of the other reviews, never recieved my order. Paid over $70 and they refuse to answer my emails after various attempts. Highly don’t reccommend and I’ve contacted the better business bureau. These people are thieves!

I ordered an item from this company over a month ago and my item has never been sent to me. I communicated with customer service about my order prior to the shipping label being created. After the shipping label was created that company has ghosted me. I have tried emailing them and messaging them on instagram to figure out why my order hasn’t shipped and been received by usps, but no one has ever responded. I was so excited to buy this jacket and now I have never been sent it. I paid for this item and no one has gotten back to me on if my item will ever be shipped. Very frustrating and disappointing. I just want the item I paid for sent to me! And I wish someone would answer me.
