I called Christine in February to book my wedding hair and makeup services. I called and left two messages and did not hear back. I should have taken this as a sign that Christine was not professional. I did contact one of her employees Tina, who had recently had a baby and she responded to me promptly. She ended up having Christine call me though her responsiveness was spotty to say the least. She asked me to text her as she did not have much time between clients to use the phone. We texted back and forth regarding prices and deposit. I then inadvertently deleted our text conversation and lost her cell phone number. When I tried calling the salon and leaving messages I did not hear back. I begin to freak out and call more frequently and left two messages over the summer in which Christine did not respond. She texted me saying she booked another bride on my wedding date. Looks like it would all turn out fine as I have already booked a more professional/responsive beauty consultant for my wedding day.
