Facilities and Capacity

Up to 250 guests can be comfortably seated on both the indoor and outdoor affairs. Engaged duos that dream of an open-air ceremony can place their altar on the emerald green lawns. Their backdrop will be the flourishing farmland that Iowa is famous for. Mature oak and pine trees are present throughout the property, along with a historical Victorian home for breathtaking photo sessions. Newlyweds can pose for their wedding album on the home’s grand staircase, or alongside the lengthy wooden fences surrounding the location. The main indoor event space is a large, historic barn that has been restored to celebrate it’s vintage roots. Inside features natural wood walls and high vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, to provide a bucolic, down-to-earth aesthetic. There is enough floor space for couples to design their dream day from scratch, while giving their guests plenty of room to dance all night. Visitors can prepare for the altar in the onsite dressing suites, which offers plenty of mirrors and lounge furniture.

Tables and chairs will be made available to you, and can be arranged into any formation you prefer. The barn and grounds are wheelchair accessible, with close-by parking to accommodate guests as needed. You will be free to use any vendors you prefer, and the team will happily connect you with some of their favorites. Caterers can use the in-house preparation area, to ensure all their dishes look and taste their best. Onsite bartenders will be present, and set their station on the rustic bar area inside the barn, which is designed using.
