Brandy and her husband are a dream team and we were nothing but in love with our venue and the amenities provided. They were accommodating and helpful in every way possible! From the bridal suite to the ceremony site, we got nothing but compliments on how gorgeous everything was. The land itself is naturally beautiful, but Brandi definitely has an eye for setups that will make you swoon, not to mention unique details that will keep guests oohing and ahhing. If you're looking for a venue that has lots of different ceremony site options, all gorgeous in their own way, this is your venue! We couldn't be happier with where we were married!

We got nothing but compliments from our wedding guests about their visit to the Barn at Williams Manor. Everyone raved about how beautiful everything was, from the decor, to the view, to the setup. The owners were very friendly and always available as needed. Decor options were plentiful, the bridal suite was fabulous, and the venue had everything we needed. Not only are the views and the barn fantastic, but the Williams family is just as wonderful. Brandy and Dustin own the land and built the barn as a couple in the hopes of other couples being able to fall even more in love on their land as they did themselves. They met and fell in love with each other on the very property and it was their dream and goal to create a venue that would allow others to proclaim their love for their partner to start off the rest of their lives. Not only is the venue perfect for a rustic-themed wedding, but also for anniversaries, birthdays, and anything else you can think of that would need a beautiful venue to celebrate in. I cannot wait to marry the love of my life in this very barn.

As a Wedding Planner I highly recommend this venue to any bride looking for a beautiful rustic yet elegant style wedding! The owners are really great to work with and go out of their way to provide an amazing experience to their customers!

My groom and I were one of the very first couples to book this venue in May '16 for our Oct '17 wedding- I absolutely fell in love with it then, but now it is 10x what it was. Dustin and Brandy have completely dedicated themselves to the Barn to make it high quality and unique. They are constantly adding options and features to the property and I know it will keep getting better for future brides. I wanted a barn wedding and this location was a no-brainer. It is SO convenient to Knoxville and has such a beautiful backdrop for a wedding. You can't find anything else like this in this area. Me and my girls loved having such a spacious bridal suite to get ready in and Brandy also gifted us some lunch while we were getting ready. I highly recommend the Barn and Dustin and Brandy!

We are over the moon to have held our June wedding at The Barn at Williams Manor. The owner Brandy does incredible work for her couples, and is passionate and committed to making everyone's wedding weekend special. We had a wedding of about 200 folks and wanted a space where people could dance, eat, sit and talk, or wander the beautiful lawns as the fireflies came out at dusk. It's gorgeous for photos, accessible for all ages, and a space that feels elevated and glamorous enough for your wedding day while capturing that "sit on the porch" ease of Tennessee summer nights. If you do work with them, make sure you are very proactive about having specific plans for dropping off supplies and for getting them loaded into your car(s) at the end of the night, as we had a minor miscommunication about this. Keep in mind also that you'll need all of your own vendors for catering, beverage service, coordination, rentals, etc, as the package is only for the space, tables/chairs, and decor. Though it comes with Brandy and Dustin who really do go above and beyond for their clients! :)

This is beautiful venue, however it seems to be ever changing, which can cause some undesirable stress for the bride and groom. They are still very new to this process and when it's all complete I believe it will be even better venue.

There were some bumps in our planning process due to lack of communication and/or misunderstandings. Make sure you read your contract and have included in it all of your needs and/or any verbal agreements. I gave this rate due to "their attitude and their willingness to work with you". Things could have been handled differently and not apologetically at the last minute. Thank goodness our wedding coordinator really helped pull it all together. I highly recommend having your own.
