Tess Dana photographed our September 2020 wedding at my Family's cabin in Polaris, MT, and I would totally recommend her!

We first contacted Tess after seeing her work on her website. The quality and style of her images stood out in a crowd of wedding photographers. We were looking for a candid-style wedding photographer with a relaxed style that’s both modern and timeless. Our photos turned out exactly that, modern, timeless, and beautiful. Tess's ability to capture moments of pure love and happiness goes above all else.

Tess's vibe aligned exactly with what we were seeking. After meeting with her over FaceTime, it became clear that we had found a great match, both in terms of style and personality. The connection and ease we found with her shows through in the final product. We are generally very awkward and have a tendency to pull silly faces the minute a camera is in our vicinity. Tess knew exactly how to make us feel like we were just hanging out with a friend. Her ability to mesh right into our family and friends was amazing.

We also did an engagement shoot, and I’m so glad we did. It was useful to practice posing and working together ahead of our wedding. We have the most beautiful and unrushed photos from that magical time before the big day.

By far the best pictures I have ever had done.

Dana agreed to do engagement pictures (30 pics for 600 USD) for our daughter and son in-law in Bozeman, MT. on December 27, 2021. Dana was paid a deposit (which has yet to be refunded) on Dec 07, 2021 and she confirmed the date. My daughter emailed/text her the day before the confirmed appoint and did not hear from until Dana canceled the appointment on the day of the scheduled shoot. Its not easy to find a photographer the day of a canceled shoot. My daughter and her fiancee traveled from Texas for these pictures. Moral of the story? If the pictures she "agrees" to shoot are important to you - you may want to think twice about booking her services. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
