Dishonest & Untrustworthy!
The old man (who I assume is the business owner) stole part of my gold chain when I went in to shorten a bracelet. He told me he "shaved it off", which is why he could not give that part back to me. He tried to gaslight me. Everyone knows that's not how it works when you shorten a gold chain. You break open the chain -- not "shave" it into nothing. The family who owns this busihness has bad character. Unless you're a friend or family of the business, do not go here for anything jewelry-related because they will try to pull one over on you and try to rip you off by upcharging you if they think they can get away with it. Super bad character. Super untrustworthy!! Also, I notice that the 2 other bad reviews are also from Asians... Note to the business -- I hope it was worth damaging your reputation for that small piece of gold you stole from me.
