I honestly could have stayed there all day and tried on every dress. I do wish I would have taken a little longer to decide on my dress, there were too many good choices. But even after I left the Swoon team was so responsive with my stress on my decision. They went above and beyond to help put me at ease with my decision. I bought the Pronovias Loren dress, and I received so many compliments at my wedding! The dress was handmade in Barcelona, so it took about 5 months to receive it. Swoon Bridal set expectations right away and communicated with me regularly about the status of the dress. I ended up purchasing the very first dress I tried on, one they pulled for me immediately! It was absolutely stunning and just what I wanted. They were also very communicative every step of the way after I purchased, letting me know when the dress was coming in and when it was ready to be shipped. Any questions I had they were very willing to help on text, too! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

The Swoon staff did an amazing job with helping me find the right dress. They also took care of me when needing to ship across country with great care and communication. I went to 6 other bridal shops in 2 other states and this was the best experience. Highly recommend!

So I found my dream dress... in Sacramento. I called Swoon asking if they would be able to order it for me and they said absolutely, not a problem.
