We were absolutely blown away! They weren't just photographs; they were art that perfectly told the story of our day. Maj's Photography LLC captured the mood, the details, and the joy with a warmth and clarity we didn't think was possible. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, too!

First and foremost, I do not usually leave bad reviews, but this one was earned. My wife and I got married back on July 26, 2025. Adrian was hired because one of the ladies who works at our chosen venue highly recommended him, noting his fair prices and good work. I should have done my research beforehand, and I would have found that not all his reviews are positive. To start with, the pros, Majs Photography arrived on time and were very helpful throughout the ceremony and reception. They were respectful and had common courtesy with their angles for their shots. The instructions were clear and, with the future product in mind, helped a young couple who already had a lot on their plate focus on other aspects of their wedding. It was a load off. Communication up to that point was excellent and clear. After the wedding, I paid my full balance for a 4-hour session and a 15-minute highlight video.
The contract you sign with this company clearly states that the package from Majs Photography will be delivered within 6-10 weeks of the session. That would be October 4, 2025, at the latest. To start, the photos were received late on November 15, 2025 (6 weeks past due date). We have yet to receive our 15-minute highlight video. I have had to contact this company over a dozen times, sometimes multiple times a week, to check the status of our video, which is still missing. These are the kinds of responses I have received via text messages, "Hi good morning I'm at a courthouse wedding Ill be home to send you the video link directly I am so sorry", "Christian it is my fault I will be getting you the video by the end of today or the morning I am truly embarrassed I have found another way to deliver the video I am sorry", "We are packing everything its going in the mail tomorrow also will have a video link for you too", and "Hey sorry missed your call we are on a session I got your video uploading and about to send you a link no bs nothing i got you", etc.
At this point, contact has received no response. We are really disappointed with our experience with this company. This delay caused us to miss important moments and left us unhappy. Having family members ask us to see our memories and having nothing to show them, even though it's been 23 weeks since our wedding, is honestly embarrassing. I was expecting more professionalism and exemplary work from a company with such a reputation and a higher asking price than local competitors.
