Sweet Auburn Barbecue has the best food I have ever eaten. Our dinner was so delicious that my friends have been asking to use them for their wedding. We had a lot of food left over after our big day, but our friends and family didn’t hesitate to take it off our hands, since we were leaving for our honeymoon. The service was amazing too. They were able to handle the clean up with no problem!!

To start off our wedding weekend festivities, we had our welcome party dinner catered by Sweet Auburn BBQ. The food was DELICIOUS! With many of our out-of-town guests arriving in the South for the very first time, it was a treat for us to give them Southern food at it's BEST, and Sweet Auburn BBQ sure did deliver! Our favorite moment of the evening was the unveiling of the 12-hour roasted pig. To commemorate we even took the first cut into the pig together and toasting with beer bottles - which fit perfectly since we just arrived from our wedding day rehearsal. We highly recommend Sweet Auburn BBQ for any catering needs you may have. They were a pleasure to work with and we hope to have them cater future life events.

We wanted a Southern dinner for our rehearsal since a lot of our guests were from out-of-town. We called around a few of the Atlanta staple Southern restaurants and most of them wanted a ridiculous minimum spend or up front payment. We were recommended Sweet Auburn by a friend and called them up and Jason was so great and polite. Not a problem to have 20 people on a Friday. Unfortunately, some of our guests didn't make it in time to join so we ended up being 14 but it worked out perfectly. We had two very large tables next to each other so the younger people sat at one and the parents etc. sat at another. The food was amazing! Brisket, pulled pork, collard greens, green beans etc. The best part was, it was more than HALF the price those other places had been quoting us and way more our style. Relaxed, fun and totally Southern!

Sweet Auburn Barbeque did an excellent job catering my son’s wedding. The barbeque and side dishes were absolutely delicious. There was plenty of great food and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend them!

The food was delicious and a great value for a wedding. We booked them because it's one of our favorite restaurants and we had a barn wedding in North Georgia, so BBQ was pretty much necessary. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with them, they didn't respond quickly to emails and we played phone tag a while when we were trying to check in a month before the wedding. I had to follow up a few times to confirm certain details, get the final invoice, etc. We arranged for their food truck to come to our wedding and they were quite late. They called me (the bride) minutes before I was going to walk down the aisle to let me know they were late, saying they couldn't get in touch with my wedding coordinator. So if you use them/their food truck, give them a few contacts they can call so that you don't end up having to worry about anything. We paid for 150 and had a turnout of about 130, but they still ran out of meat by the time my husband and I sat down to eat. I'd recommend working with your coordinator to make sure there is some food set aside for the bride and groom so you don't miss out. Fortunately we had vegetarian plates still available so at least we didn't go hungry :) We had some leftovers, but not as much as I thought so it may be a good idea to order a bit extra than what you need. They were very accommodating of food allergies, as we had guests that had gluten, dairy and nut allergies.
