We loved Surdyk's!!! We were planning a Minneapolis wedding from Los Angeles, but they were able to work seamlessly with us. We worked with Sam and she was fantastic. Our wedding guest total kept changing, we kept switching the floorplan and table set ups, and didn't tell them until the last minute if they were serving our dessert or not, but despite the many changes and questions they were always responsive and helpful and had a great energy. Multiple people came up to me at the wedding to RAVE about the food, and our day-of manager, Donna, was incredibly hard-working and organized! AND the beauty part was that Surdyk's came in at 2/3 the cost of some of the other vendors we got quotes from. Delicious, great to work with, and reasonably priced! Surdyk's is the trifecta!!! Surdyk's did the bartending for our wedding in St. Paul and we're so glad we went with them. The final choice was down to Surdyk's and Mintahoe and while Surdyk's was a little pricier, their selection was substantially better. We went with the standard beer/ wine package and the options were extremely solid and we appreciated that they served local craft beers. Day of, everything went super smoothly and the bartenders were great - they made sure our glasses were never empty. Would book again in a heartbeat!
