Hiring Summit as our wedding photographers may have been the best decision we made for our big day (besides choosing to spend our lives together!) Candice and Travis were beyond amazing. We knew from the first moment we met them that they were kind, good-hearted people. We connected so well in our initial meeting that it was difficult to match any other photographer against them.
It’s not an exaggeration to say we could not imagine our wedding without them. They captured every moment we wanted, and the ones we didn’t realize we wanted. They embraced our wishes to have candid photos taken amidst formal shots. They encouraged us to brainstorm ideas, and even created a Pinterest page for us to correspond prior to the wedding. They made themselves available far beyond what they were bound to in their contract; even though we are located in west Boise and they are from McCall, they found time to meet twice before the wedding and took several phone calls.
Other photographers we interviewed seemed fairly set in their ways; although their work was beautiful, we sometimes felt our desires for our day were not being heard. Candice and Travis were the complete opposite. They offered helpful suggestions, but they also gave us options. They figured out who we were as people and our photography from the wedding completely reflects not only one day, but who we are as a couple.
On the day of the wedding, Candice and Travis went above and beyond making our day perfect. They were available from start to finish. My husband and I found that some of our favorite memories of the day involved the quiet moments we spent with Candice and Travis, taking a few photos post-ceremony and at sunset. We are so, so, happy we chose them to share our day with us!
Post-wedding Candice and Travis continue to make themselves available to us. Even during the busy time of wedding season they managed to turn around our photos in a little over a month, and they are gorgeous! We love Summit!

I am in LOVE with these photographers!! We purchased a packet with engagement and wedding photos. Marc, my husband, and I could not be happier and would recommend Summit a thousand times over. I will never forget when I was walking down the aisle I just happen to catch a glimpse of one photographer catching every step I took and the other one was focused on Marc. I will forever have memories of his reaction to me... as I walked all the way down the aisle. Candice, one of the photographers, was so impressive that when I was having a break down because my dress ripped, she pulled out a needle and thread and started sewing it back together. These two are real problem solvers. But, I am also so grateful that they were receptive to any idea I had. They are artists and had every right to say we got this, don't need you to help. But, if I showed them a pose that I saw online, they said lets do it! I have no regrets picking these two and my wedding would not have been the same without them. And, I am so thankful that I trusted them with memories that will last a lifetime
