We have not yet had our wedding, but Emily has been nothing but AWESOME to work with. Even though we are states away & have never even met her—she is so responsive & always has an answer for us! She’s made sure we are comfortable with this whole process & has exceeded our expectations. Our big day would not be possible without her, I am so excited we found her!

Emily with Summit Mountain Weddings was amazing! I randomly found her with a google search and she exceeded every expectation. She was so easy to get ahold of and made the process effortless. After you confirm her services, she’ll send you the best guide books of all things Summit County - where to get your hair/makeup done, restaurants for dinner/receptions, cakes, musicians, seriously she thinks of everything. And we are from Colorado so there was a section that didn’t really pertain to us, but she has the various elevations and what you may experience if you aren’t used to it. It was so informative but not overwhelming and you can always call/text/email her for more information - which was so helpful! She makes you feel like you are the only wedding of the year and is so personal.
But on to the more important part as to why I gave 5.0 stars - my husband HATES being photographed and he was super annoyed that we were having 3 hours of photos (maybe a little excessive, I know). But he even commented about how easy she made it. After the ceremony she took charge and got all the photos we wanted. She listened to everything I said I wanted (beautiful summer Colorado style) and she blew us away!

Summit Mountain Weddings made our dream wedding day come true. Everything was so easy leading up to the wedding. Emily spent extra time talking with us to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and explained every last detail. She answered countless emails and gave such great advice. Her patience and kindness to the two of us and our family was above and beyond any expectation. She truly made everything from our planning experience to the morning of (with a chance of rain) to our first look to our ceremony to our pictures after the ceremony absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better person to work with on a day we only get to do once. Not only was our day flawless, our photos we got just a few weeks later we’re breathtaking. The way she captured our love with her photos was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend her for any bride who is wanting a knowledgeable, talented, kind person to help piece together all the small and large details of a truly unforgettable elopement.
