We LOVED our cakes!!!! Not only did they taste GREAT, but looked just like the pictures we took in!!! The cakes were there on time, infact not even sure when they set them up. And the set up was PERFECT!!!

They may be great for everyday treats and smaller cake orders but DO NOT USE SUGAR MAMAS FOR YOUR WEDDING CAKES!!!!
My experience was awful they showed up to put my cake together 30 minutes after the reception had already started. which was an hour and a half later than the time they said they would be there. Everyone watched them scrambling to put the cakes together. The decorator stuck her hand in the cake and had to try and turn it at the last minute so that would face the back.... The cake was a 5 tier and was crooked and leaning after the shift.
They were very unprofessional AND when asked why they were so late to set the cake up she simply said, . . "we took on too many orders this weekend".
They haven't tried to contact me or apologize at all. I am very dis-satisfied with their service.
The one thing I cant complain about is the taste of the cake. it was great. So sad to ruin that with the poor presentation and unprofessional service displayed by them. Not to mention it was over a $700 cake!!!!!!! I would attach a picture if i could.
trust me, go to someone else for a big cake. You cant rely on this shop for your big day.
