I went in for a trial run, which ended up being me having to have my hair cut before the wedding (like a month before) anywho we ended up Never having the trial done. So I didnt know what my hair or makeup would look like on the actual wedding day. I went in 11/11/11 at 8am, and they pampered me and my family and friends. I had my hair and makeup done, and I was blown away! I couldnt believe that was me!!!!!!!! They did a wonderful job :)
