Kari was a great wedding photographer. We had a very small wedding in a family member's backyard in Denver, but we did all of our wedding planning from our home in Maryland. She was very easy to communicate with over the phone and over email, and was very accommodating with our preferences for timing and style.

It's clear that Kari loves being a photographer and takes her work seriously while still having fun with it. In such a small wedding, the personality and professionalism of the photographer is really on spotlight because there's no where for them to hide. Kari was great in such an intimate setting. She made us and our wedding guests feel comfortable posing for photos and while she took candids, and several of our guests commented that they thought she was great.

Please also note that Kari and her business has a clear non-discrimination policy regarding couples of different genders, sexual orientations, and (non)religious backgrounds. I was very glad to see this clearly and prominently displayed on her website.

Kari did a wonderful job on our pictures! She helped us feel comfortable and relaxed on what could be a stressful day! Kari went out of her way to accommodate any requests that we had! We love her! Thanks Kari!

Kari is a great photographer and loves to try out new and different backgrounds. She makes it fun by getting excited with a good pose or outfit! I especially appreciate her getting back to me about the times and dates quickly!!

Kari does a great job of making you feel wonderful in front of the camera! She puts you at ease and makes it fun!

Kari actually did our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She was excellent at finding just the right pose and lighting. She took shots we didnt even know about to capture the emotion and beauty of our day. It was raining the day we did our engagement photos and she was able to make it look like paradise.

Kari is better at posing and photographing smaller groups. We had a large family grouping and I thought we could have had some better direction from her on the poses.

Also I don't think she should photoshop the final proofs unless she lets the person know she has done that.
