I was not so impressed with the tasting, and had my concerns, but I was surprised at the wedding. Everyone had generous portions of prime rib or salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everything was made from scratch even the salad dressings! Our salads were with fresh green lettuce and the rolls were great. They also cut the cake for us, and helped with bar service. We had so many compliments I would highly recommend Steve's Catering! In Chicago catering does not come cheap, but Steve is affordable, well dependable and did a great job! It is difficult to get ahold of him, so just keep trying he is so worth it!!
