They were fabulous. Food and service was amazing.

We had a wedding in a very remote area of the desert which was a challenge in itself. We met with Stellar Catering and decided they had the know how to put it together with their experience of this type of off-site catering. They basically had to setup an entire restaurant with generators, tents, flooring, lighting, fine linens, servers, DJ, kitchen, and everything else you can imagine. Our guest list was over 100 and the custom menu was prepared onsite in the desert with their portable full size kitchen and tasted better than any restaurant could have prepared. This wedding should have been featured in magazines as the event was magical in every sense. We even had gaming tables, an astronomer, and a full bar all surrounded by nothing except desert mountains.
