While I have not booked this vendor, I have attempted to solicit pricing and found even that base level of customer service to be wanting. Not only did I have to reach out multiple times as my messages went unanswered, but when I finally heard back it was the least helpful response I've seen from any vendor (and I'm searching across multiple states). The entire response was a hyperlink to their website, not even a hello or congratulations, just the link. Which, to clarify, I'd visited before and doesn't provide all the necessary information. Hard pass. Customer service like that cannot be trusted for such an important and complicated event.
