Stardance Event Center is a banquet hall wedding venue located in Tucson, Arizona. This rustic venue offers sweeping panoramic views of the Tucson Mountains and borders the spectacular natural beauty of the Saguaro National Park West. Spread over 30 acres, it is a unique venue choice for couples seeking a picturesque outdoor ceremony that is adaptable and offers plenty of space. Located only a short drive away from Tucson's downtown, it is a conveniently located escape from the city to calm country wilds.
Facilities and Capacity
Stardance Event Center can host up to 500 guests in comfort and style. A picture-perfect ceremony can be organized outside on the grounds of the property against the background of an immense expanse of rocky terrain. The venue’s management can provide access to event furniture to create an aisle. The 6,000-square-foot indoor reception area welcomes large parties to celebrate and have fun. A barn-style space, it is effortless rustic and welcomes couples to decorate as they see fit. Its 40-foot sliding doors lead onto the Catalina Terrace lawn. This charming space offers views of Tucson’s city lights and the Catalina Mountain Range and allows guests to enjoy a cocktail in the fresh air. For those who would like to celebrate entirely outdoors, The Sunset Vista is a 3,000-square-foot outdoor event space. There is ample parking available on-site for guests arriving from far and wide.

Stardance Event Center offers various packages to accommodate the needs of every couple. The venue caters to every stage of the wedding experience from ceremonies to receptions. The banquet hall venue’s staff offers catering in buffet and hors d’oeuvres serving styles. The management can also provide couples with event rental items including altars, chairs, décor, centerpieces, a dance floor, linen, and drapery. High-tech sound and lighting equipment can also be made available for the use of groups. The staff is happy to help set up events and clean up after the party has ended.

Absolutely Perfect!!!
This venue and all its staff made the preparation and day of the most flawless day. We couldn’t of imagined a more perfect day. StarDance Event Center is full of surprises and truly a magical venue. You will not be disappointed when booking your wedding here at StarDance. Kelly and her staff are professional and personal every step of the way. Our guests were in awe of the beautiful location. Easy, fun, made my dreams come to life
Kelly and her crew made me and my fiance feel like family from day one. She was just a text away with a quick, helpful response at any time. They were flexible and did everything in their power to make our dreams come to life. Planning was a breeze and the wedding day couldn't have gone better. It was so smooth and well organized with friendly faces at every turn ready to help with anything we may need. 12/10 recommend. I was sad for it to all be over and not see them anymore!-

Everything we could have asked for and more. The owner Kelly is amazing to work with and very patient. She listens, understands and executes your vision with such ease. We had guest coming from all over and they were so impressed with everything Stardance provided and the quality and friendliness of its staff. Our day was truly a dream come true. The venue offers outstanding views of the desert, mountains and Tucson. Having the groom casita and bride room was perfect for us to get ready with ease and have a place to put all our stuff. Wedding planning does not have to be stressful. It starts with a great venue and management that will treat your wedding as if it was their own.-
