Casie truly went above and beyond, even for only week-of coordination. She made sure to keep great communication between us and our vendors, and made sure our wedding day ran as smooth as possible. Casie was our officiant and we were so lucky to have her! After all of the covid related happenings, changed dates, 3 venue changes and 2 other officiants fell through we finally happened to find her. she gave wonderful examples of ceremony's but still leaves room for creativity and a guiding hand along the way.

Casie was EVERYTHING! I planned the wedding and needed someone to handle all of the happenings on the day of and I could just relax. And she did just that! She was on top of it all. My family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was. At the rehearsal she was patient with all of our questions and kind to all of the vendors and guest on the day of. My husband was hesitant at first to hire someone for the day of since our wedding had only 50 guests but I’m so glad he changed his mind! She made sure our day was magical!

Casie was our day of coordinator at The B Resort in Lake Buena Vista. Her services came with the ceremony price at the venue, but I hired her for additional hours during the reception and it was the best money I spent for the whole wedding.

She dealt with my early morning texts about my flowers being late. And she kept everyone on schedule. She was there to help put the guys' boutonnieres on and greeted all of my vendors. She made sure everyone was set up properly and taken down. She brought all of our stuff up to the room after the wedding and made sure we had all of the stuff from our vendors including some of the flowers from my bouquet.

Definitely the best money I spent on the wedding. I would highly recommend her.

I couldn’t have been happier with our wedding, and I truly believe that the decision to work with Sparkleigh Productions was the reason everything came together. Best decision I made, hands down. Really, Casie is so attentive, detail oriented, organized, and professional. She got a great deal for me on floral, had endless good ideas about vendors to use and how to organize things, and (best of all) when the big day rolled around, she was SO on top of things that I got to sit back and enjoy it. At first, I was hesitant about spending money on a day of coordinator. Now, I believe it was the best investment we made! We could not have done any of this without Casie! With 2 kids and a full time job, I couldn't even begin to think about all the little details that go into the final day. I had so many hiccups leading up to the day that Casie helped us get through them all. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I looked at each other and said "thank god we have her". We trusted her 100%. She is a master at what she does and my wedding day was flawless and drop dead GORGEOUS. My only regret is not hiring her as my full on wedding planner. She is the best!!

We originally didn't think we needed a planner, but as you go through the process, you quickly realize there's a lot of coordination and stay on top of and that is where Casie came in! She is friendly, professional and very on the ball- all things you want in a wedding planner! We hired Casie for day-of coordination, but that didn't limit her services to just the wedding day. We met with her three times to go over the timeline, the song-list, the wedding party, where the decor should be, everything! She even came out to our venue to meet with me and the venue coordinatorto get her day-of timeline down to the minute. She even came all the way to Howey-in-the-Hills for our rehearsal to walk us through everything. She's incredibly detail-oriented and directs you for things you wouldn't think about making for a smooth ceremony and to avoid looking awkward up at the alter...From how to hold your hands, to the spacing of the wedding party, to how the father gives away the bride. Things you don't think you need to rehearse, but you really do! Our guests said it was the most romantic ceremony they had ever attended. Casie and her assistant Marina did such an amazing job keeping things on track and making sure everyone was where they should be at the right times. Wedding clean-up was such a huge part of the wedding day stress and I know Casie and Marina worked their tails off gathering all personal items and gifts from the wedding and tidying the ready rooms to make sure it all got back safely while we got to enjoy our wedding reception and made for such a stress-free day!!

Where do we begin? At first we were planning on doing our wedding without a planner, but there were just some things we couldn't figure out so we ended up calling around for different planners.
