Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in San Antonio

We researched many venues for my son and future daughter-in-law’s wedding rehearsal dinner beginning in November 2025 and by mid December, we happily landed on the Grand Promenade. The building itself has history, is very cool, in the area for the rehearsal dinner (125) as well as a welcome party (250) after the rehearsal dinner was absolutely perfect. Planning for the event over the months was seamless with Christa at The Grand Promenade. From liquor selections to food, to setting up the area the way we wanted it as well as suggestions to make it even better from Christa, only served to enhance the special occasion. The support staff during the actual five hour event, were fabulous, as well as very responsive, kind and flexible. The entire evening, from start to finish, was a huge success - thanks to The Grand Promenade Team! Oh,I forgot to mention, the cost for everything certainly “did not break the bank!”

Choosing The Skyline was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. During our first visit, we immediately knew it was the place where we wanted to say “I do.” The beautiful setting, warm atmosphere, and incredible team made us feel at home from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, everyone was so helpful and made us feel confident that our big day was in the best hands. When we walked into the venue on our wedding day, it was even more beautiful than we imagined. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the space, the service, and how smoothly everything came together. The Skyline gave us the perfect backdrop for a day we will never forget. We are so grateful for the memories made there and would recommend it to any couple looking for a truly special wedding experience!

This past Sunday, we attended our friends’s daughter‘s wedding. We were very impressed by the venue. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The reception was top-notch with professional service and excellent food and beverage. The staff was very attentive andaccommodating. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

Our Valentine’s Day wedding at The Milestone at Boerne was nothing short of magical, and my wife Sarah and I owe so much of that to the incredible team—especially Taylor Odom, our wedding planner, and Cassidy K., our day-of coordinator. Taylor was an absolute dream to work with. For over 10 months, she guided Sarah and me through the planning process with her uplifting energy, positive spirit, and wealth of experience. What could have been an overwhelmingly stressful journey became both fun and enjoyable because of her. One of our biggest worries was finding time to connect with all our guests without derailing the day. Taylor came up with the brilliant idea of a “photo dash”—a quick, organized way for us to mingle briefly and snap a picture with each guest. It was such a special touch, letting us share a moment with everyone while staying on track. She offered thoughtful advice like this throughout, listened to our vision, and made us feel so supported every step of the way. We absolutely adored her, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to future couples booking this venue. Taylor is a treasure! On the big day, Cassidy was our day-of coordinator and kept everything running like clockwork. Her precision and care ensured Sarah and I made it to the altar in one piece lol. From the moment she arrived in the morning, Cassidy was the first one on-site, coordinating the venue staff and vendors with expert precision. She made sure every detail was set up to our liking and jumped in wherever we needed extra help—even going as far as to personally move big, bulky, and heavy barrels exactly where I wanted them. Considering those barrels were three times her size, we were blown away by her go-getter attitude and determination. And when the bar line got crowded, Cassidy didn’t hesitate—she stepped in to grab an extra bartender to whip up drinks for Sarah and I so we wouldn’t have to wait, letting us keep enjoying our big day without a hitch. Her dedication was unwavering. What truly stood out was how both Taylor and Cassidy constantly checked in with Sarah and me throughout the entire experience—often grabbing us drinks whether we were on the dance floor, taking photos, or seated at our table. They didn’t just care about the logistics—they cared about us. Their attentiveness made us feel so valued and at ease, allowing us to fully soak in the joy of our day. The Milestone at Boerne is lucky to have such an exceptional duo, and Sarah and I are so grateful they were part of our wedding. If you’re considering this venue, know that with Taylor and Cassidy by your side, you’re in the best hands possible!

Took me so long to finally have this review posted....but it's finally here! I had Nidia as my consultant for the venue. Throughout the wedding planning process, she was professional & helpful when I had doubt in the planning. She helped w/ everything from the venue design to help change between from ceremony to reception. She was very positive all throughout. And a special shout out to Brian, the banquet manager of the night was responsive and professional of the night before and the night of the wedding event. I would love to have this venue again for future events.

Our experience with the DRD was top notch, from the initial planning phase to the final invoice! Alyssa, the event coordinator, was quick to respond to all my questions and made sure the event ran smoothly from set up to tear down. Our guests were well taken care of and enjoyed a truly unique experience.

Celebrated my grandmothers 80th birthday at this beautiful venue and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff communication was efficient and helpful before and during the event. Venue is spacious and glad we were able to pick our vendors. Definitely would recommend for a special celebration such as a birthday or wedding!

We had the best day of our lives at Magnolia Halle!!! We looked at about 10 different wedding venues and Magnolia was by far the best one we had visited. Magnolia Halle was beautiful inside and out. With in-house catering, setup and linens included in the price, it was perfect for our big day! Also, it is located in an area with lots of hotels nearby, which was extremely helpful for our out of town family and friends. We had about 150 guests at our wedding, and everyone fit comfortably in the Halle. Our guests said that they thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the short ribs. Additionally, Kryssi, the venue coordinator was PHENOMENAL. We booked Magnolia Halle for our wedding venue over a year in advance, and Kryssi was very responsive to our messages and questions throughout the entirety of that time. We were able to visit multiple times before our wedding to envision how our decor would look, and we really appreciate all of the help and attentiveness that Kryssi provided. She is very kind and wonderful, which made our experience of planning our wedding at Magnolia Halle seamless and fun! About a week before our wedding in March 2025, they installed a new projector and A/V system that we were able to utilize and it was a game changer. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue without the drive out to the hill country, Magnolia Halle is THE place! It was truly the best day of our lives.

We had a wonderful time at this venue and with our amazing wedding coordinator, Amber!! Everything was nicely organized and the area was beautiful. The food was amazing and well prepared for all the guests. It was also so nice to see how much Amber loved her job and all the effort she put into it. We cannot thank this venue enough for everything they did and for making this day so memorable for the happy couple.

My husband and I had our wedding at Stonehaven Hall in December. It was the most amazing day! The vendors offered by the company are all first class, the food was so tasty, and their planning team made our lives so much easier. Our planner, Taylor, helped us plan out every detail of our wedding. Cassidy, our day-of coordinator, helped everything run smoothly on our big day! I strongly recommend considering this venue and this team of planners if you are looking for an organized, gorgeous wedding!
