Mr. Jerry provides the most amazing services and makes the process so easy! He was our wedding DJ and also was the DJ for my high school proms! He and his team are super fun and made our night on the dance floor one to remember! He is super easy going, organized and professional! I 100% recommend Sounds by DJJD for any of your needs!!

Jerry is a wonderful and intuitive DJ and just an all-around great person. He was incredibly easy to work with, very responsive, organized, and accommodating. From the very first time I spoke with him over the phone, I just had this overwhelming feeling that Jerry was on my team. He really makes you feel like he is there to make your wedding great and he’s ready to do whatever it takes to make your vision come true. In addition, Jerry was great when we had to postpone and then downside our original wedding and easily adapted to our new plans, including coming to do our ceremony music when our original plans for a live band were no longer an option. We had a small wedding during one of the phases in New Orleans when dancing wasn’t allowed. I was super worried about the atmosphere being weird and my guests being uncomfortable, and I wasn’t sure what to tell him we wanted in terms of music under the circumstances. He did a phenomenal job! The music was perfect, and we had a wonderful time! Really can’t recommend Sounds by DJ JD enough!

JERRY IS THE 💣.COM! No seriously - you want someone to make your wedding day go off without a hitch? He’s your guy. Jerry was SO HELPFUL and really eased this bride’s nerves when it came to music! I never had to worry for a second about what would happen when and what would be played. You tell him what you like and he will take it from there. He is so fun, and is alllll about what the bride and groom want! 10 out of 10 🌟 our wedding day wouldn’t have been a success without him!

DJJD did a great job DJing my wedding! He was helpful throughout the planning process and responsive to our requests. Once we arrived in New Orleans, he even came to check out the venue to find the best possible spot to set up. The day of the wedding he made sure to arrive extra early to set up and make sure everything would run smoothly - and it did! He listened to our requests for the dinner/cocktail hour and then we trusted him with the dance floor and he did not disappoint! He was able to keep the dance floor full with both the older and the younger crowds, which was exactly what we wanted. My only regret is that we couldn't keep the dancing going longer! Highly recommend!

DJ JD (Jerry) produced exceptional service from our first meeting all the way until after the wedding. Our first meeting he was really encouraging and detailed all the services he could offer us on our wedding day! I booked Jerry about 8 months prior to our wedding and had absolutely no stresses between the time of booking and a few days before the wedding. He checks in with the bride and groom from time to time prior to the wedding to make sure all the planning is going smoothly and if we need anything he is there! He makes sure to keep people on their feet and on the dance floor. I would recommend DJ JD to anyone for their music needs, you will not be disappointed.

All the songs were played on time and in correct order as our Bride wanted them. He knows his job well and takes care of business.
