SoundNJoy brings the artistry and emotional impact of a concert-hall performance to weddings and special events. We believe live music should be more than beautiful background music—it should make each entrance unforgettable, deepen the emotion of the moment, and create an experience your guests can truly feel.

Led by founder and violinist Ju Hyun Kim, DMA, whose performance experience includes Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium, SoundNJoy features conservatory-trained professional musicians with extensive concert and event experience. Ju Hyun has worked in the wedding and event music industry since 2008, bringing exceptional musicianship and thoughtful attention to every celebration.

SoundNJoy’s professionally released recordings reach more than 70,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, reflecting the same artistry and emotional connection we bring to every live performance.

Our ensembles include solo violin, violin and cello duo, string trio, piano trio, and string quartet. Our diverse repertoire ranges from timeless classical music and jazz standards to pop favorites, movie soundtracks, Christian music, and culturally meaningful selections.

We serve weddings and events throughout Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey, New York City, and Eastern Pennsylvania, with select Connecticut and destination events available upon request.

SoundNJoy is fully insured. Amplification is available when appropriate, and our musicians can coordinate their attire with your wedding colors or dress code.
