My wife and I hired Sasha and her team to cater our rehearsal dinner on the evening of 6/21. Sophisticated Palate was absolutely awesome to work with every step of the way and Sasha's food is delicious! We contracted before taste testing based off pictures, reviews, and our phone call with her. Maybe we were nervous at first but she knocked it out of the park!! We were so happy with how everything turned out! She is clearly a great chef as we incorporated a mix of different foods on our menu and everything came out excellent! Not only that but Sasha and her team are very friendly, accommodating to specified diet needs, professional, and respectful. All of my guests really liked the team and they played a big role in making our wedding weekend as special as it was! I highly recommend Sophisticated Palate and chef Sasha!!!

The team was helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, answering every question and making sure we felt confident in our choices. On the big day, their food was absolutely delicious and became the highlight of our reception—our guests wouldn't stop talking about it! What really stood out was how kind the staff was to us and our guests. They went out of their way to help make the day run smoothly, handling all the details so we could focus on celebrating. The set up was gorgeous with the personal touches to make it match our wedding decor! Sophisticated Palate Catering did an outstanding job catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and received so many compliments from guests. I found the caterer through The Knot for my daughter’s wedding. Sasha was wonderful to work with—flexible and accommodating as we made a few adjustments to the menu, including the appetizers. The appetizers were prepared onsite and served by her friendly, attentive staff. They were beautifully presented and came out perfectly warm and fresh. The meat dishes were 100% full of flavor.

Overall, the pricing was excellent, and I would highly recommend her for her great value, delicious food, and elegant presentation.

I contacted Sophisticated Palate to cater my son and future daughter in law’s Engagement Party. What an incredible experience working with Chef Sasha from the moment I contacted her. She listened to all the information I provided to her about the occasion, the guests, the ideas and preferences I had and she then helped me create an incredible menu with so many suggestions and offerings above and beyond any caterer I have ever known. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional. Chef Sasha was so patient and so personable and caring making sure every detail was exact. Each dish was prepared to perfection. The salmon with lemon dill was incredible. Served with the scrumptious roasted potatoes and perfect fresh broccoli crowns. Everyone raved about how delicious and crisp the broccoli was and it wasn’t soggy. The chicken Marsala with linguine was so tender and the flavor was amazing and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Wasn’t dry or soggy. My son LOVED the ribs. Commented they were the best baby back ribs he ever had. The meat fell off the bone with each bite. He asked the next day if there were leftovers could he come get them. BBQ chicken the same tender, juicy, her seasonings and sauces are exceptional. Mac n cheese was creamy, drenched in several cheeses and baked perfectly. She also prepared the largest Caesar salad complete with a phenomenal creamy homemade dressing along with croutons and yummy soft dinner rolls. There was an over abundance of food. Everyone had seconds and thirds. I cannot find enough words to describe just how delicious, tasty and well prepared everything was. Chef Sashas presentation was exquisite as well. Each dish was beautifully displayed, hot and cooked precisely. When she arrived she graciously set everything up tending to details. She gave me explicit directions on how to keep each dish from being overcooked while guests arrived and served exactly as if it was prepared right here at that moment. Chef Sasha and her staff were charming, friendly and attentive to every detail.
She called shortly after she left to make sure all was going smoothly and see if I had any questions. My guests RAVED about the entire meal. Some commented that they have attended elegant over the top weddings and the food did not compare slightly to our meal that she prepared!! It is evident that Chef Sasha prepares everything she makes with her heart and soul, her dedication to perfection and her commitment to her clients needs and wants and to give them a menu that is above and beyond perfect. We truly enjoyed the complete experience Chef Sasha provided. We cannot thank you enough Sasha. We are now a life long devoted client. Sasha catered my wedding on 8/23/2025, and everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious—hot, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it, and many are still reaching out asking for her information. We opted for white-glove service, which added such a special touch to our buffet-style reception. Sasha and her team were professional, attentive, and a joy to work with. Communication was always clear and prompt. Highly recommend!

My recent event was catered by Sasha, and the results were outstanding. From the initial consultation, Sasha was helpful and professional, making the planning process seamless and stress-free. She listened to the needs and preferences and helped create a menu that suited the event and guests.
On the day of the event, the food was delicious! The lamb chops were tasty and warmed up well the following day. The green beans were also very well done. Guests raved about the seafood pasta, that had ample large sized shrimp and lump crab meat, and numerous compliments were received throughout the evening. The food's presentation was beautiful, adding to the event's overall ambiance.
The staff that worked along side chef Sasha were personable. They were professional, courteous, and efficient, ensuring that everyone's needs were met. They handled setup and breakdown seamlessly, allowing for relaxation and enjoyment of the celebration.
