Sarah is an amazing wedding coordinator.  She coordinated our daughter’s wedding last year. She is so detailed, has excellent people skills, listens to what the bride and groom want, efficient implementer and positive spirit. 
She kept things moving, from the fotos before the ceremony to the very last dance of the night. She went the extra mile and helped clean up. Couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Sarah was an absolute Godsend for our wedding in Colorado, and I can honestly say the day would not have been the same without her.
From the very beginning, she worked with me step-by-step to plan every detail. I was traveling a lot right before the big day and felt like I was all over the place, but Sarah kept me organized and on track. We video called a lot and had meetings to make sure every rental, vendor, and decor detail was locked in. Because of her preparation, our wedding had none of the major issues you hear horror stories about—it went so smoothly and I am so grateful. Even when I wanted to make last minute changes she was supportive and helpful in the process.

On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to be in charge of anything. Sarah was the go-to person for every single question. Instead of being followed around by people asking me for directions or logistics, I was able to actually enjoy my wedding (and if you can’t tell be the pictures, we definitely did enjoy our wedding). She coordinated with our DJ, videographer, and caterer, and she handled decor and the venue setup and tear-down. (See the photos for some of the cheap decor I gave her lol that she made into a beautiful set up!)

But honestly what I appreciated most was how incredibly gracious Sarah was throughout the whole process. I was frazzled, dealing with illness, last minute traveling, and I was way past the recommended deadlines for almost everything. I had opinions but no idea how to execute them. Through all of that, Sarah never once became exasperated or critical to me; instead, she remained a calming, kind, and supportive presence. She is so sweet and warm, which is exactly what you need during such a chaotic and high-pressure time. She didn't just coordinate a wedding; she took care of my husband and me and even my wedding party and family.

If you’re looking for someone who “does it all” while also being sweet and warm, I highly recommend her.

Having Sarah plan our wedding was key to actually enjoying the planning process and an overall stress free wedding day! She was on top of all of the details I didn’t think of, able to pivot, helped us stay within our budget, and offered a creative perspective that really added to the magic of our day. Sarah told me that her goal was for me to enjoy the day as Mother of the Bride and I DID!  I was able to be with my daughter and her bridesmaids without having to worry about the details of what needed to happen in order for the day to go smoothly. She instructed me to tell anyone who asked me what to do, where to go or where something was, “Ask Sarah.”  While we did recruit volunteers for the day, she got them all organized.  We were missing some decorations, she used what we did have there and it turned out beautifully.  She was kind, organized, understanding and thoughtful.  She even dressed according to the colors my daughter picked!  She met with my daughter and her fiancé beforehand to help them think through the day and the details.   She was there from time we got to the venue until we turned off the lights.  The venue itself had decorations and she made sure that everything we had was separate from the venue’s.   Sarah was an absolute gift to my daughter and me and I cannot highly recommend her enough.  You will definitely get your money’s worth from her.
