Book Anjali for your bridal mendhi!!! She is EXCELLENT! I was so impressed with her professionalism, artistry, and patience from the moment I first reached out. She scheduled an initial call to get a sense of what I liked and what I wanted from my bridal mendhi, and she shared her portfolio so I could get an idea of her different styles before we finalized the booking and contract. About two months before the wedding, she and I had a 2+ hour call where we created the design for my arms and feet in detail. She would sketch different sections of the design on her iPad and send it to me in real time so I could respond and we could make adjustments. She was totally open to incorporating custom elements, and provided great guidance on what would help make the design flow well. On the day of, she came with all the necessary equipment for lighting, comfortable seating, and preserving the mendhi, and was incredibly patient over the 10+ hours that it took to complete my bridal mendhi. She was fun and completely lovely throughout the day, and was truly a highlight amongst our wedding weekend and our wedding vendors. Would recommend her to any and everyone!!

Anjali from Solah Shringar helped our daughter recently on her wedding day. It has been a pleasure to work with her from the first phone call about nine months ago until the day of wedding. My mehendi, hair, and makeup were excellent on wedding day, I will always cherish the photos and how beautiful she made me on wedding day. Prior to wedding day, we had a few phone calls to discuss my envisioned henna and she brought the vision together so well. On wedding day, she prepared my hair and makeup so well and left me with a small bag to change out my lipstick color. Just that little change, everyone thought I had a completely different makeup look! But no, all that happened was that my bridesmaids followed Anjali's instructions and I was ready for my second look for the second ceremony. Anjali was able to meet my budget needs and she was very professional throughout the whole experience. As someone who is not into makeup regularly, she was able to help me find a look that would suit me and my style. She was patient in showing me pictures and walking me through the different hair styles. My wedding had a quick transition into the reception and Anjali was able to provide me with two separate looks during the turn around. On the day of the wedding, she was on time, professional, and willing to roll with the wedding day chaos. I really appreciated her insight into my looks and could not have done it without her. She also did an exceptional job with the draping. My MIL and SIL have never worn sari's and she made them comfortable in them and pinned in a way they could move without the sari getting crumpled or undone. I really recommend booking Anjali early and doing a trial so you can get a sense of what your look will be.
