While planning our wedding ceremony, we knew the officiant would play a big part in the overall tone we were going for in our small, twelve-person wedding - warm, joyous, funny, but sincere. Cayla was able to capture all that and more. Her friendliness made it easy to share our favorite memories, reasons we loved each other, and the dreams we had for our future that made their way into the ceremony she wrote. It made everything feel so special and so…us. And of course, her thoroughness meant that we didn’t have to worry about any of the paperwork. She made sure we had all the necessary documents and that they got to where they needed to go. Cayla was so great to work with and we can’t recommend her enough.

Cayla was absolutely wonderful to work with! She truly took the time to get to know the both of us to create a one of a kind ceremony script that perfectly encapsulated my husband and I as a couple. We had several zoom meetings throughout the process and she was always quick to respond to any emails. I'm so happy with our decision to hire Cayla as our officiant and I cannot recommend her enough!

Cayla was excellent throughout the whole process. My wife and I read personal vows before the ceremony in private, but we were so excited that Cayla's ceremony also included some personal touches about things we wrote about each other. Leading up the wedding Cayla scheduled multiple calls to discuss expectations of the prep-work and what to expect at the actual ceremony. She was very accommodating for whatever preferences we had for the ceremony. After answering some questions about ourselves and each other, Cayla wrote the ceremony. We had full control if there was anything we wanted to change. We would highly recommend Cayla and her services to anyone.

We loved Cayla. Her communication is top tier. She made us so comfortable, very LGBTQIA+ friendly. She got the true essence of us as a couple and helped us have the perfect ceremony.

Our ceremony was the most special part of our wedding and that was all thanks to Cayla. She took the time to get to know us, our love story, and the most special aspects of the love we have for one another. With all of that she created a ceremony that we will remember for the rest of our lives. In fact, there are parts of it I can quote, because it was so touching. Each word carefully thought out. Not only were her words powerful but she was a source of comfort during one of the biggest moments of our lives. We felt calm, happy, and in the moment, because of the energy Cayla brought to our ceremony. I have been to a lot of weddings and feel the officiant can be stale and unengaging. Cayla had us crying, laughing and smiling ear to ear. My family still talks about the incredible job that she did. She has a gift and if you are looking for a wedding officiant, I would recommend her over and over again. We are so lucky we found Cayla a month out from our wedding. We had put off searching until the last minute and were worried that waiting so long would affect the writing for the ceremony. Cayla wrote a beautiful ceremony that was so personal to us. I teared up reading the first draft she sent me. Everyone was crying at the ceremony, us included, and I had so many guests come up to me throughout the night saying that was the most personal and sweet ceremony they'd listened to. Even with technical difficulties from our dj with the mic cutting in an out through the ceremony, Cayla didn't even bat an eye and her calmness/professionalism helped me relax and kept the ceremony moving. I cant recommend her enough. Thank you Cayla for the beautiful words you spoke at our wedding :)

Cayla was the best wedding officiant we ever could have asked for. We loved the questionnaires she sent us to get to know our love story a little better. She pulled out the most charming little bits and used them to weave together a beautifully written story to share with us and our guests. We both shed some happy tears during the ceremony. We also asked her to tie in some cultural traditions from my background and she did a really great job with that! We are so grateful for Cayla and the loving energy she put into our special day. We will remember it forever! We highly suggest Cayla as an officiant- she’s funny, sweet, and really wants to make sure the couple feels seen!

Oh! We also got our marriage license back from the state within 2 weeks of the wedding because she was so speedy with getting it in the mail. We love Cayla!
