Dave is the full package. From the beginning, he created a seamless process to help us understand how to obtain our license, tips on writing vows, and even provided a how-to name change post-ceremony. He was funny, delightful, an excellent orator, and a great writer. We received several comments about how great he was after our ceremony. He was passionate about making sure we had the experience we sought and as he says "Your Wedding, Your Way'!

We contacted Dave on the Monday night of our Saturday wedding after some lack of follow through from our then current officiant. We woke up Tuesday morning to an enthusiastic message asking if we could connect that day about our wedding. As soon as I got on the phone I knew we had found the right Rev. for the job. Throughout the week Dave was incredibly detailed, responsive, and passionate about making sure our ceremony was personalized and memorable. And it really was. He learned our meeting story and incorporated it into our ceremony perfectly, and this was with only 5 days notice in the thick of wedding season. We really don't have enough good things to say about Reverend Dave. He will absolutely make sure your day is special if you give him the time and details he asks within his personalized process. But he was so nice and even though people were late (me) he stayed and occupied everyone with stories and kept a very wonderful spirit!

We absolutely adored having Dave as our wedding officiant. We had the great pleasure of doing premarital counseling with Dave and are so thankful for the kind words and wisdom he bestowed upon us but also the many laughs and stories we’ll have for years to come. Reverend Dave delivered an amazing wedding ceremony for us in mid-December. We initially met with Reverend Dave months ago to discuss our vision and get to know each other. He took his job VERY seriously and worked hard to ensure we had the ceremony we wanted. He is very professional and gives 100% to each wedding he officiates. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect person to officiate our elopement than Reverend Dave. It was just him and the two of us, secluded in the North Georgia mountain woods, and he somehow made the entire day feel incredibly intimate, magical, and deeply meaningful. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond, even willing to stand in a creek with us if that’s what we wanted (which says everything about his spirit and flexibility). What truly set Reverend Dave apart was how personal everything felt. Nothing about our ceremony felt procedural or “textbook.” Every word he spoke was thoughtful, intentional, and clearly rooted in who we are as a couple. His reflections on our relationship were genuine and heartfelt, and the way he guided our vows made the moment feel sacred and unforgettable. Meeting with him a few times before the big day meant so much to us. Those conversations added a layer of connection and care that made the ceremony even more special. We felt truly seen, understood, and celebrated. We are beyond grateful for the role he played in one of the most important days of our lives and cannot recommend Reverend Dave highly enough.

Dave was such an amazing officially officiant and i would recommend him to any couple looking for an officiant. he was super easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed in order for our day to go smoothly. something we really loved about dave is that no two weddings are the same and he told us that from the beginning! he got to know us and our story and included details from our dating past into our wedding. he let us be as involved as possible writing our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out.
