Snaps was such a pleasure to work with! We booked our photobooth in advance when they were running a sale and chose the upgraded 4 hour package! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend having the scrapbook service & assembly added to anyone that uses them! We got to take home (that night) a book full of the pictures and notes from our guests! The quality of the pictures is amazing and the fact you choose your own logo/colors is neat! Our guests had so much fun in the booth, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I would definitely recommend a photo booth at your wedding. Snaps Photo booth was great to work with. James, the owner, was so easy to get in touch with and always responded back to me within a couple of hours. Planning a wedding from far away is hard, but James made it easy and less stressful. The prop box was awesome and our photos turned out so good!!

The photos from this photo booth are beautiful! It's reasonably priced, and it was set up in a timely manner. The only thing I will say is that the attendant I had seemed very stressed out. I'm not sure if it was an unusual situation for him, but multiple guests told me that he was really "intense". To be fair, we had a big bunch and everyone was having a really great time, so we didn't take away from the experience for them, that was just a common review I got. At the end of the day, the photos were beautiful and our photo book came out great.

Snaps Photo Booth was BY FAR the worst of our wedding vendors. We chose Snaps because they were the most reasonably priced, but it was a hard lesson for us to learn that you get what you pay for. The photo booth BROKE during the first hour of use. Only a small portion of our guests were able to use it - I'm not kidding when I say that there were only 13 groups who got to take pictures before it stopped working - the bride and groom didn't even get to use it! The attendant was very stressed out (poor guy - not his fault). We understand that sometimes you can't predict these things, but our problem was with the owner, James. We did not get what we paid for, and after we informed him of the situation and asked for a partial refund he ignored us. We tried calling, emailing, etc. and he either dodged the calls or emailed back weeks later saying "sorry. I'll send you a check" but he never did so. Do NOT use Snaps!! If things go wrong, you'll have wasted money on services you won't even receive.
