I had an awesome experience for wedding day hair/makeup at Smoky Mountain Salon and Spa. Shannan, Heidi (makeup), and the other stylists were very friendly and easy to work with. I booked 6 hair appointments and 4 makeup appointments (including bridal hair/makeup), and everything went very smoothly! They kept to our schedule and we finished right on time. My hair and makeup looked awesome, and so did my bridal party! My mom also had her makeup done for the first time, and Heidi did a great job making her feel comfortable and beautiful. Everyone was very helpful in making recommendations for hair and makeup as well. I would highly recommend the ladies here for your wedding day! So grateful I found them!

I had never been to TN before, but my fiance and I chose the Smoky Mountains as the place we were eloping to. I am so happy I got my hair and makeup done here! I showed the girls here a few pictures and they immediately went to work, and they were very friendly the whole time. And my pictures turned out amazing!

The salon did mine and my maid of honors hair and make up for my June wedding, they did a fantastic job! My hair come out just like the photos I showed them. My make up was not over done and just as I had asked for. The girls was so sweet and welcoming. I had a very early appointment and my hair and make up lasted well into the night of my wedding.

Shannon from the salon communicated well with me on booking the bridal party hair and makeup. We came from out of town and allowed me to get a trial done the day before the wedding. She listened to all my concerns, focused on photos I wanted and didn’t stop until I had exactly what I wanted for my wedding hair style!!! The day of the wedding I then felt at ease as I knew she had an understanding of exactly what I wanted. The make up artist was equally as amazing, took one look at photos I liked and made it happen with airbrush makeup! The makeup held up all day as well even in the rain and through the tears! Thank you too all at the salon!

A highly recommend Jamie! She did my makeup and hair making me turn into a beauty queen. Jamie performed everything I wanted and more into a reality! Very professional, kind and relaxing environment. Every worker takes the time to listen and helps. Kind of exspensive but so worth having a day of beauty and treatment before the big day!

The ladies at the salon did a fabulous job with my wedding party. We had hair and makeup for 4 done in 2 hours. We were early and they got started on us anyways. All of our hair looked so good and lasted all day. I was very pleased!

I get my hair done here all the time and this time was no different. Great people, great service, and great hair!!!
