One of the advantages to living in Bakersfield is the hometown bakery. Our cake was a white Champagne cake. There was NO cake left over. The only down fall is that this cake needs to be refrigerated. But it is so worth it!!

All I had to do was bring in a picture of what I wanted and they were able to exactly duplicate it! a small part of the detailing on the icing did run JUST A LITTLE, but it was 105 degrees outside that day. They made 3 free smaple cakes for us to try and were able to make any combination. We even were able to do half the filling lemon and the other half champagne. Everything we wanted, we got at Smith's.
