We had Sierra Strings do our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour in Tahoe. We highly recommend working with them! The music was great, communication easy, and they were super nice. As the bride and groom we didn't get to hear all the music, but we got great feedback from guests about the music before the ceremony started. They were a great choice!

Suzanne and her team at Sierra Strings could not have been more perfect for our recent wedding at PlumpJack Inn at Squaw Valley. From the first conversation, we felt confident that they would be great, and boy were they ever.

While Sierra Strings has a few different options of what ensembles to choose from, we went with a cello and a violin. Suzanne worked closely with us and our wedding planners to not only figure out the best places to set up, but also what songs to play at what time (my bride walked down to Taylor Swift’s ‘Love Story’ btw, and everyone loved it!)

They played our ceremony and cocktail hour and people kept raving about how professional they were and how beautiful the music sounded. Sierra Strings was everything we hoped for and more, and we highly encourage anyone to hire them to add a touch of class and elegance to their event.
