Kimberly was our contact at Shuttle Express. She was awesome, and answered all of my questions. Shuttle Express is definitely a great value. I would definitely go back to them.

I found shuttle express a great alternative to limo companies. The party bus we rented was great and at a great price. We also used their towncar service to take us to our hotel at the end of the night. Both times they were on time and professional

Shuttle Express was the most reasonable way to transport my guests to my wedding. I was able to pay for a one-way trip to the wedding location and chose a black sedan. It was really affordable compared to limousine services that charge you for several hours. If you need transportation to and from the wedding they are able to accomodate you as well.

We hired a shuttle bus to drive us around the city for our photos. The driver was very prompt and very professional. Communication upon booking the van was good. I did have to send one follow up e-mail but otherwise they were pretty responsive. There was a ceiling panel missing in the bus but it wasn't that big of a deal, it just looked like they didn't have time to finish repairing it.

We hired Shuttle Express to shuttle wedding guests from our downtown Seattle hotel to our Ballard wedding venue and back. Specifically, we hired the 25-passenger coaches.

Pros:
-The drivers were prompt.
-Everything was as advertised – no hidden fees or surprises, tax and tip included.
-Good rates compared to other area vendors. They offer an AAA discount if one of the passengers has AAA.
-On at least one of the shuttles back to the hotel, they had a cooler full of water bottles, which was very much appreciated.

Cons:
-Customer service is lacking. It took FOUR phone calls and an equivalent number of emails to get the right number of shuttles reserved. Even at that point, I wasn’t completely satisfied that everything was correct so I called a fifth time to verify and, by then, their records were straightened out.
-After booking, you are emailed vouchers which you are required to present before boarding on the day of service. This was somewhat inconvenient for the wedding as the person booking (the bride) was not actually riding the guest shuttle to the wedding. We asked one of our guests to be ‘bus captain’ and that worked well, but it was still one extra thing to worry about on wedding day.
-On at least one of the shuttles the radio was broken and/or the driver did not know how to operate it.

Overall, I would still recommend Shuttle Express. Make sure to confirm and re-confirm though!
