I had my reception here and it was truly lovely. The ambiance of the room when they dim the lights and light the candles was really romantic. We purchaced the Royal Wedding package and my guests were really satisfied with the food. The staff and serving staff were professional and Kristina the coordinator was very accomidating and helpful. The bride/groom suite is included in the package and it was huge and perfect for a romantic bubble bath the next morning.

Overall, we loved our wedding and reception. There were a couple times where we got the ball rolling on our own and the coordinator showed up afterwards. We received a large serving of our side dishes at our food tasting but only a bit more than a sprinkling with the reception meal, which was very disappointing as I ordered one of the sides for specific veggies and didn't even receive those veggies on my plate. We had 2 meals served (one for adults and one for kids). Servers gave all the adults their food first, and tried giving kids and a couple of special plates the regular adult meal more than once. We had a miscommunication with our cake though. We had a 2 tier cake that was supposed to be for head table only and sheet cakes for the rest of our guests. Our tiered cake was cut and served to everyone before they cut the sheet cakes. We ended up having a full sheet and a half of cake left and none of our tiered cake left.

WORST HOTEL in the industry! If you know anyone thinking about having their wedding reception or any other event there, deter them IMMEDIATELY!!! Several dishonest behaviors, raw food served to almost 100 guests, and worst customer service from most management...and that's only a portion of what we experienced from Feb 2011 to June 2011.
