Our family used Shannon for 4+ years. We used her during her learning curve and time of growth. My family and I were always understanding of her family. Shannon cancelled on us last minute multiple times. After expressing frustration, Shannon was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care about respecting the clients time.

Mrs. Shannon sent me an message to delete my review. When I didn't agree to do that, she attacked me and said inappropriate things. My family and I supported her new career for years and that's the thanks we received. It was sad. We considered her a friend not just a photographer.
