The best cake in the WORLD!! Mother of the Bride was very impressed said they best cake she has ever had and she is picky! We went with vanilla butter cream and yellow birthday cake and we were not disappointed! Also got mini cannoli's that are so tasty! Their petit fours are so cute and delicious! Great family run business!

Cake was delicious. Almond flavored with raspberry filling. They delivered it on time to the venue.

GREAT Cake! I'd been wanting them to provide the cake at the wedding because they are an amazing bakery with some of the best desserts and cold (yes, cold) pizza around! The cake turned out amazing and got so many compliments on looks and taste! They also provided two large cookie trays for snacks for everyone as well! VERY tasty and highly recommended. The only downside was getting a good time to meet with them. They suddenly seemed to become understaffed, but that's okay. They were still very helpful!

Our cake from Serpe's was beautiful and affordable. Since it was affordable, I got over the fact that they didn't write our names and wedding date on one of the tiers like they were supposed to, and that was how we were supposed to know which tier to save. So we ended up not getting the right tier and it wasn't the flavor we had wanted. We'll never know how the almond pound cake and raspberry filling would have tasted, and I was really looking forward to it. The flavor of the cake was definitely good enough, but nothing spectacular. I've heard of cakes that taste bad though, so yea. And I was definitely happy that the cake showed up on time at the venue without an extra delivery charge.

Walked in Serpes on 07/10/25 inquiring about a baby shower cake. Not sure who the caucasian lady is with the red hair that took my order but she was extremely rude and condescending. For starters she told me the cake I inquired about was 207.00, on the paper It said 200.00 I asked her what was the price difference she informed me one was a credit card price and one was a cash price. ( failed to ask how I would be paying)
After I spoke to the cake decorator who was extremely nice and understanding, we came up with a plan for the cake. The lady who was taking the order asked me to show her a picture of the cake in which I did. Her words were the cake will not look like that, we don't do 3D cakes. I replied that's fine. The decorator and I already discussed the cake. The decorator explained what I
Was going to have done, she then asked me again what I was going to have done to the cake. Everytime I asked her something she acted as of she had an attitude or I was getting on her nerves. Very Grim! I asked her what was the total of my cake she said she would have to ring it up and it's a charge for every design I wanted on the cake. She then proceeded to ask me if I wanted the cake as if I was standing at the register for nothing. At that point I knew my service wasn't appreciated and left the store without a order. Very unprofessional and nasty!

The cake felled because it wasn't supported, so this is why it looked like this. This cake cost too much money to be looking like this. I spoke to Andrea the Manager and she wasn't no help, never apologize, she basically said it wasn't her problem after it leaves her store. Smh! Very unprofessional I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAKE FROM HERE!! THIS CAKE WAS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S FIRST BDAY!! THERE WERE CONFUSION FROM THE START! THIS PLACE IS UNORGANIZED WITH PRIÇES, THEY NEED A LOT OF HELP!! I should be receiving half of my money back for this, I asked Andrea what she was going to do about and she basically said nothing! Andrea is very unprofessional when she talks to you. Andrea is real cold!! I won't be buying another cake from here! Serpes isn't as good as they used to be, they went downhill!!!
