I have nothing but amazing things to say about Chef Kirwan and his staff!! From day one, Chef Kirwan made us feel so important. He was nice enough to make a sample dinner for me, my husband and my parents. He really spent a lot of time talking with us and getting to know us. He is the nicest person ever! We utilized his open bar service too, which was very reasonably priced to begin with AND he surprised us with a military discount, since my husband is in the Air Force.

Our wedding was postponed over a year and half because of COVID and Chef Kirwan was so flexible in working with us to reschedule. When we finally had our wedding, the food and service were fantastic!! Our guests (and vendors!) absolutely raved about the food and about how nice Chef Kirwan and his staff were. Chef Kirwan even went around and checked on our guests to make sure they were happy and to see if they wanted seconds. I could not recommend him more!! Thank you so much!!

The food for our wedding was AMAZING! We had multiple people tell us that it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and everyone could not get enough of the bread rolls! Chef Kirwan even introduced himself to every table at the wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Kirwan's food is amazing. Those homemade rolls are to die for and everyone was raving about them as well as the hors d'oeuvres. We interviewed a couple of caterers for our wedding in Sedona and Kirwan was by far the best (in food quality and overall demeanor/professionalism). He definitely has a real passion for what he is doing which reflects in the quality of his work. He listened to our menu requests thoughtfully, came to our home for us to sample his food, and was very professional and prompt in communication. He has done many weddings at Agave of Sedona and was upfront in what works best for the venue and for the amount of guests that we had. We had one snafu with one of our desserts that he handled with professionalism and grace and we are very grateful for that. We also used his bartending service (Your Perfect Pour) at the same time which was a very fair price in combination with the catering. His staff was amazing and were very cognizant of keeping the tables clean and organized and his bar staff were so fun. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again. You will not be disappointed!
